Nestled in the beautiful Country Club neighborhood of Southeast Cape Coral, this budget-friendly gem offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Recently enhanced by a new cleaning company and maintenance person in December 2024, we are proud to deliver an improved guest experience.

Enjoy the convenience of a 5-minute drive or 10-minute walk to shops and eateries. The home features a renovated kitchen and bathrooms, an eastern exposure patio perfect for a refreshing swim or morning coffee, and tasteful decorations throughout.

**The Space**
This home provides a perfect blend of affordability and comfort, making it an excellent choice for your vacation. Complete with a private pool, it is an inviting retreat in a desirable area of Southeast Cape Coral. Please note the pool area has a fence and not a pool cage surrounding it, giving it a nice, airy, and open feel.

Toilet in guest bathroom would flush once then not fill the tank for over an hour. We had to fill a pan to flush again.Frying pan very dirty with crusted something. Patio door don't lock. Three deck chairs had busted seats. Wood floor boards move and leave gaps of over a quarter inch. I could kick them back in place. Garage door opener does not work. Contact person said it was manual. Not mentioned in description. Drive way was broken on both sides. Not a nice lawn. I have been renting in Cape Coral for over 10 years and this was the worst place.

My friends and I had a great time at this house! The property manager was always quick to respond and very helpful. Everything was perfect from the pool to the neighborhood. We would definitely come back!

We had an absolutely amazing time at this Vrbo property! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool was a highlight—crystal clear and perfect for lounging or a refreshing swim. We also made great use of the grill, which made outdoor meals a breeze.The owner was incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home. Communication with the property management team was also top-notch—responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-maintained retreat with great amenities and outstanding hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!

Our recent stay was unfortunately a very disappointing experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a load of mildew-smelling towels left in the dryer. Despite washing them twice, the odor persisted, forcing us to leave them bagged in the garage. The washing machine itself was also problematic, with a strong, unpleasant smell and visible mold on the rubber components. We even cleaned the filter, but the underlying issue remains, making us hesitant to use the appliance.Cleanliness was a major concern throughout the property. We discovered dog hair on the comforters in both spare bedrooms, indicating that they hadn't been properly cleaned. Additionally, the floors didn't appear to have been swept, as evidenced by the dirt my husband collected when he swept. Furthermore, the outlets in both bathrooms were non-functional, adding to the inconvenience.Overall, our experience left us feeling defeated and disgusted. While the 715 cost may not seem substantial to some, it represents a significant amount of hard-earned money for us, and we had much higher expectations for the cleanliness and functionality of the property.I will say the management company was very willing to bring clean comforters etc in which they did. They did also bring more towels but we also went and bought some ourselves. She also stated she has filed a claim with VRBO and they she is trying to get us reimbursed for some of it.

Overall, the house was great. It was a lot older than it looks in the pictures. The pool was wonderful and we spent most of our time outside. I would say compared to most of our stays with VRBO It was not worth the amount of money that we paid for the house. We also asked for two hour later check out as we didn’t get in the first night until very late and were told no after them asking us to stay a day longer as they didn’t have a renter for the day we were leaving. I have never stayed with someone with Vrbo that was not flexible about the time. As we paid over $600 for two nights.

Nice Stay

Overall, happy with our stay here. It suited our needs well and was close to activities and stores. I've stayed at dozens of VRBOs, so I made some assumptions before arriving that actually ended up being wrong. Just wanted to make note of it in case others are making the same assumptions as I did. First, I assumed the fridge would have condiments, but it didn’t. I assumed there would be things like cooking spray and spices to use while cooking - there weren't. There also were not things like dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo, or trash bags. We found a couple random items in drawers left by others, but definitely bring your own. I never had to buy these things in a VRBO before. Maybe I've just gotten lucky, but we had to plan another trip to the grocery store just so we could clean up after ourselves. The floor didnt look swept or mopped, but it wasn't terrible. Overall, our stay was pleasant. Just wanted to alert others to come with extra supplies.

Just an OK Stay

If you're looking to be wowed, this isn't he place for you. To start, the pool was dirty. There is no cover so full of leaves and dirt and the pool cleaner came the day we were leaving. Came on Saturday am, left on Monday. Cleaning people were there prior to check out waiting for us to leave. Annoying, especially because check out is so early, 10 am. Not 1 hanger in any closet. Women love that...NOT. Could not get jacuzzi to work and when we called both numbers, no one answered either. I left a vml with one with no response and then a text with "??" cam from the other number the next morning. Driveway is "janky." Owner has all these rules about KW for jacuzzi use, seems like they are nickle and diming and I don't like to stay somewhere that I have to keep constant watch of what I'm doing. Either I can use it or I can't. If you can't afford to have people use it, maybe renting your home out isn't he best idea for you. No screen doors so flies kept entering whenerevr we would go outside to pool area. Did it have the basic needs other than hangers, I guess but that's it.

Take your boat for a ride to Gulf, enjoy a dip in the newly resurfaced pool, or get a good night's sleep on the comfortable mattresses and high-quality linen.



I invite you to visit and enjoy my home in Beaulieu Sur Mer, France, 15 minutes between Nice, France, and Monte Carlo, Monaco. This beautiful apartment I bought in 2015 has everything all the other apartments I have stayed in France have lacked. Amazing view without all the stairs (8 simple stairs get you to magnificent views)—no big hills. Walk 5 minutes to bars, restaurants, train station, bus line. The best mattress in France, it's exceptionally comfortable, new, and expensive. Great towels, sheets, and pillows. This is a relaxing high-end home. Please enjoy!

After visiting for a weekend, I purchased my penthouse in Medellin, Colombia, and realized this country had the friendliest people in the world! The perfect weather was the final factor that made me leave Florida and take the road less traveled, and as Frost says, "that has made all the difference." The penthouse is one of the nicest in Medellin. Fantastic views, easy hills. 10-minute walk to Parque Lleras. Quiet building, friendly neighbors, and excellent mattresses. All the best amenities.

There is a shower in the master bath and a tub/shower combo in the 2nd bathroom. Both bathrooms and the kitchen were renovated in December of 2021.

The home is tastefully decorated and well laid out—smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom.

Cable tv and high-speed internet. Two flat screens tv's one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. The TVs are Smart so that you can connect your Netflix service to both televisions.

Nice patio furniture for relaxing on the Eastern exposure deck. There are six patio chairs, an outdoor dining table, three outdoor bar stools, and lounge chairs in the pool deck area.

Entire driveway and two-car garage for parking vehicles.
