The Space:
We are also next to the outlets and barely creek - Camelback mountain is minutes away with an indoor water park!


Welcome to this 2800 sq ft (including full finished basement) rancher for all your Pocono adventures. Renovated in 2020 to include an updated kitchen and Game Room in the finished basement. House has 3 Bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and sleeps 10 people in Beds. The Master bedroom has 2 Queen Beds and a in-suite full bathroom. The middle bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk beds. The end bedroom has a King bed and is next to a Full Hall Bath. The couches in the living room are large and so comfy you might just fall asleep after your long day at the water park playing or skiing on the mountain. The backyard is so beautiful and tranquil to just sit/relax and be one with nature or throw a ball around and or course perfect for grilling on Sunny days. House is located on two acres and can be rented with the cottage on the property to sleep an additional 6 people. Large one car garage to park in for hot or snowy days. Family rental only, must be 25 or older.
Things we include:
- Bedding, towels, starter toilet paper and paper towels, shampoo, dish soap and dishwasher detergent
- Grill outside, picnic table and outdoor seating
- Game Room - Sectional couch with TV for additional living room space. Games include Foosball, Air Hockey, Pop-A-Shot Basketball, Darts and other Board Games.
- Fireplace - upstairs has a pellet stove and can only use pellets. Basement fireplace we ask that you do not use.
- Outside area - picnic table, outdoor sofa and firepit

The house has exterior security cameras.

Great house. Spacious clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here. The games available were fun the kids enjoyed them, me as well. I would definitely go back again. Absolutely loved it!

Excellent location- very close to Camelback and the outlets. The home was very clean as well. Our kids loved the basement play room and had fun with the hockey and foosball tables as well as the basketball ball hoops. They loved having all the open space to run around as well. The beds were also super comfy and we all got some great sleep!The house does smell musty and we even noticed our clothing smelling after we left. This was our biggest complaint with the property. There also isn't much silverware which made eating a bit of a challenge. Overall, a nice place to stay while in the Poconos!

The property is within walking distance of Camelback Mountain Resort, which was very convenient. However, the road nearby is quite busy with traffic throughout the day, so that’s something to keep in mind. The home itself had ample space for our family, and all linens were provided. We chose this property in part because we were traveling with our three Shih Tzus. The backyard is not fenced, so pets must be leashed at all times, especially given the busy road and surrounding wooded area.The kitchen was stocked with basic necessities, though we chose to rewash the items we used. It has an electric stove, which may take some adjustment if you’re accustomed to cooking on gas. The only real issue we encountered was that the lockbox needed to be reset by VRBO upon our arrival. Additionally, the VRBO chat system was not the most effective way to contact the host directly.Overall, we would consider staying here again, though likely without our dogs.

Perfect house

Rented this home because we have family in the area and we were all getting together for a baptism. Great location , literally 10 mins from anything. The road it’s on is a little busy but you can’t really hear the traffic. My nephews enjoyed the game room.

Great stay!

We stayed one night for a brief trip to the water park. The house was comfortable and clean. The games in the basement were a blast for the kids. Would recommend for families.

Perfect spot for family with young kids.

The property had a lot of entertainment for young kids, which made coming home from the water park even more fun for them as they played in the game room and even more relaxing for us as we lounged in the living room.

cant wait to return

we came here for an easy weekend/sons birthday,he wanted a nice place to have a peaceful relaxing weekend from school and work and thats what this home offered.it was very clean and lots of space,couches and beds were sooo super cozy!,we are looking forward to staying there again hopefully a full week next time.

We really enjoy staying at this property. It is a great location for us. The only thing that I think needs updating is the blinds in the living room and also there is a cracked window in the middle bedroom.

Great and we definitely would stay here again!

The house was just as incredible and very spacious. We were vacationing and visiting family in the area it was great. Communication was quick from the host. We had our 2 dogs that loved going for walks on the property. The location was amazing, it was private but a short distance from shops and restaurants. We loved our stay and definitely would stay here again!

Nice weekend

My wife and I had a nice time at this house. It is a good location. The only thing we Hana issue with is the blinds did work properly and the couch are a little old and can get a little uncomfortable. I would stay here again if is available.

Musty, mould rental on busy road

House sits on a busy road, outside is not nice. A lot of traffic. No place to walk. TV signal didn't work. AC was not on and thermostat was locked (did get turned on eventually when I asked but it took 11 hours to reply. I did send the message at midnight so I completely understand not getting a prompt reply but by morning I expected one and I had to send another at 11am to finally get a reply). But the biggest problem was the mould and musty smell. Both my husband and I suffered with bad allergies. I could not sleep because the house was too hot and musty. I kept waking up coughing and had a terrible headache from the allergens. We use VRBO a fair bit and have for years. This one of the worst places I've ever stayed because I could not stay in the house because of the mould. I had come to the area for a dog show and I had to leave the show early because we could not stay at the rental another night and we had a long drive back home. So really expensive 2 days for nothing and no reimbursement. My show was ruined and we spent wayyyyyy too much on this accommodation. I will probably start staying in hotels more after this. I feel like if the owners had been a bit proactive - like actually airing out the place and putting the ac on (ac is drying) it might have helped to combat the problem.

NASCAR nights

This was a perfect spot to spend a few days while in town for the NASCAR race. My dog was welcome, the nearby parks were beautiful and the house was spacious, and had everything we needed to enjoy our mini-vacation.
