LUXURY EL PASO THEMED HOME W/ FUTURISTIC SHOWERS

The Sun city themed is a 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom home with European style showers. You will experience memorabilia in every wall and be able to be cozy in the common area that flows into the kitchen. Equipped with home-wifi, Smart TV, washer/dryer, and state of the art appliances you will feel right at home. The quiet neighborhood is seconds away from Franklin mountain state park and a short drive from cinemas, coffee shops, the airport and even the outlet mall.
For the safety and security of all our guests and in accordance with our rental policy, a valid government-issued photo ID is required to complete the booking process. This helps us verify the identity of all guests and ensure a smooth and secure check-in experience We recommend guest to obtain travel insure prior to booking to be protected incase of travel changes close to check in date.

We only allow 10 guest on our property at anytime as per VRBO rules and regulations.

Excessive garbage (indication of a party/ event) is not part of the cleaning fee and will be requested upon checkout.

We love our fury friends yet picking up after them is not part of the cleaning fee. Please refrain from having pets on couches or bed. If excess hair is found on either couches or linen an additional fee of $50 will be added.

Please refrain from using Glitter/ Confetti/ Water Balloons in property as it can affect other guest and is not part of the cleaning fee. Additional fees apply for using such products.

Propane tank / Charcoal is not included.
Tank may be full at times and we do out best to keep them full yet cannot guarantee

Please do not move grill or fire pit. Please contact host

Excellent Stay in El Paso

Good neighborhood, clean and updated home. We had 6 in our group and the house worked out great for us. We didn't cook much but the kitchen had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the gym and back yard. Joseph is an excellent host. Very responsive and helpful. We'll stay here again when we come to El Paso.

Perfect Location

This was a perfect spot while we waited for our home to be ready. The house was clean and exactly as advertised bonus points for the gym in the garage. The property manager responded quickly, couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home for 2 weeks

This is the second time we have stayed at the property. Both times the property has been excellent. Very clean and well presented. Communication with the owner has been faultless. Very good location for local stores. We will be back again!

I have the opportunity to share my El Paso themed Airbnb with those that rent the property and get to feel the nostalgia that has been displayed throughout the wall. The new appliances, brand new counter tops and new tile is worth the experience not to include the futuristic showers.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The quiet neighborhood is a great feeling along with being able to have a full gym with no having to leave makes you feel productive wether it be vacation or working remotely.
