Northstar resort is about 15 minutes away and the condo is right on the street that leads to the resort. It was incredibly easy to get to there, park, and get to the slopes when they opened. The condo has everything: nice use of space, nicely furnished, and a spacious bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen has everything I need to cook while away from home -- decent knives and good pots, pans, mixing bowls, utensils. Everything was well planned and thought through. The bed in the main bedroom was great, and the kids slept on the sofabed -- its a full-size and decent. During the day, you can fold it away and use the living room. There are also a few games and books available. There is counter seating as well as a kitchen table and chairs. We would definitely stay here again. Oh, and it is also conveniently located across the street from Safeway, so grovery shopping was super easy.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo near Kings Beach. The unit was very clean, well furnished, and easy to find with convenient parking. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the lake with gorgeous views. Being in a gated community added an extra sense of security, which we appreciated. Overall, a great spot for a Tahoe getaway, and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Just lovely

Host was very responsive and easy to coordinate this stay. There is a communal barbecue grill outside down the stairs if you are also wondering like I was. We loved our stay with the little one. It was marvelous, just lovely. Thank you we'll be back :)

This condo was clean and comfortable for 2 people. It felt like home. Close to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants.We highly recommend this condo for a getaway!

First time Tahoe visit.

The condo was excellent with easy access and a 1 minute walk down to lake side for views and sunset. Everything we needed was available. We spent 4 nights with daytime site seeing including a boat ride on the lake. We were very pleased with the accommodations.

It’s all About LOCATION

Right in front of Highway to Truckee, near all conveniences as Safeway, restaurants and shops, Sweet Briar Garden meets every criteria for an ideal location! An updated stylish condo with an abundance of extra supplies, our stay was great, HOWEVER, as older seniors, walking two flights of stairs was worrisome; especially w luggage and ski equipment. Our Unit 6 is not lakeside though you have a sliver view of beautiful Lake Tahoe! Property managers Jesé and Joseph cannot be beat! All in all - a great stay!

Beautiful condo in great location!

This condo was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. It was in a perfect location to so many of the things we did in Lake Tahoe, as well as restaurants and a grocery store. It had a pretty lake view and was very close to several beaches. The binder with lots of information including things to do and places to eat was very helpful. Joseph was very quick to respond to any questions. We couldn't have been happier with this choice!

Convenient location

This is a super cute unit that is very close to King’s Beach, some delicious restaurants, miniature golf, a Safeway, and more. We enjoyed being able to walk to all of these locations since parking can sometimes be tough in that area. When I had a question, communication was extremely fast and helpful.

Great Place

Great location, short walk to golf, food, the beach, and more! Clean apartment and quick communication from the host. We requested extra linens and they were delivered within the hour! Having the option to have groceries delivered before our arrival was also handy and was a lifesaver after our delayed flights got us in much later than expected. I would stay here again.

Accuracy of property

Me and my boyfriend loved this place, it was way better than expected. The bed was a little bit hard which made it comfy for us and very spacious! I saw a review about the outside noise but if the windows are all closed, you don’t hear anything from the outside at all. One thing that got to us was the shower head, feel like the shower head needs to be changed into something new. Other than that, everything else was just perfect! Communicating with the owners was super easy as well, owners had contacted us to make sure if there was anything they could do to make our stay better but it was just so perfect! We plan on renting here for next year again!

Amazing location!

Great location! We enjoyed sitting down at the beach access to the lake- crystal clear gorgeous water! The condo was comfortable and clean with a full kitchen. We could walk to several restaurants and short drive to a market. We had some communication issues around a plumbing problem our first day, but eventually all was resolved. The location is ideal!

Our stay 8/29 - 9/3/23

My wife and I stayed in the Sweetbriar Garden Suite in King's Beach for several days at the end of August and we both were disappointed. The beach was amazing however. This particular unit is located at an intersection of two highways with a traffic signal. The vehicle and truck noise was horrendous. Without air conditioning, it was too hot to sleep with the bedroom window closed, so with the traffic noise, we had next to no sleep during our stay. The bed itself was no help as it was super uncomfortable. Towards the end our stay, the weather turned bad so we left a day early. If any of the furniture in the unit had been comfortable, we would have stayed and watched movies or read a book. Unfortunately, that was not the case as the sofa, chairs, barstools, etc. were uncomfortable. The patio chairs were comfy! We will not be returning….

We will be back!

We hope to stay off the main road in a more quiet unit, but FABULOUS customer service and attentive to our specific situation. Next year maybe a 2br 2 ba but location to our friends was key and we met lovely neighbors there! Beware of neighborhood watchdog in very first unit who wrote us a nasty note when we ACCIDENTALLY parked in wrong spot ~ but he won’t dissuade us from coming back. Many thanks to TP for helping us remedy what began as dismal ~ nice week overall!

Beautiful romantic spot by the water

My boyfriend and I came to Kings Beach for the first time and loved every second of it, much thanks to this beautiful property! Cozy, cute, clean living space and residence had private parking and beach… what a dream! Will definitely be back in the future!

Great Location, Great Decor & Well Stocked!

This is a fantastic condo with an epic location next to the lake. There is access to a small beach & grass area to enjoy the lake. The condo is beautifully decorated! Kings Beach is a great area with many restaurants, a grocery store & entertainment that are within walking distance. I look forward to rebooking next summer!
