We have stayed in many vacation home rentals and this property is by far one of the best we’ve ever experienced! Gorgeous home, beautiful ocean right outside your door- amazing snorkeling off the pier and the location is excellent too- nice walk to restaurants and shops! Mariano, who runs the property was incredible to work with- he helped us arrange for in home massages, taxi rides and connected us to a private chef who made three wonderful meals in the home for us. Incredible stay- would definitely come back! And I can’t forget that is was a great added bonus to have someone come each day to do a full cleaning of the property!

Wonderful Trip

Great place to stay! Close to the main strip of town but not too close. The snorkel off the back of the property was incredible. The house had everything we could possibly need, and Mariano was incredibly friendly, quick to respond, and super helpful!

We had an INCREDIBLE time at Olympus. Mariano and his helpers were so kind and informative. We felt so comfortable, spoiled, and we are already planning a trip back! The chef Fernando took amazing care of us and we would love to have him and Elsie again!

40th Birthday Celebration!!

Our stay was amazing!!! The house was absolutely gorgeous!! Miguel was so helpful every step of the way. We started planning months ago. He went to the store for us, came by if we had a question, sent me chef options, boat options etc... The beds were comfortable; the house was stocked with everything we needed! The pool and hot tub were perfect and of course, the ocean is STUNNING!! We had the best vacation, and we will definitely rent this house again!! Thank you!!!

Amazing Home in Cozumel

This is truly one of the best homes we have stayed in throughout the Caribbean and most definitely on the island of Cozumel. Home is beautifully designed, has wonderful furnishings and breathtaking views. Mariano and the staff made us feel like we were staying at the Four Seasons with attentive service, incredible hospitality, and always available for all our needs. We will 100% be back.

We loved this house!

We were a party of 10. The house is large and lovely. You will not be disappointed. You can snorkel from the pier. The chef and his wife were amazing. I own rental property in Texas. The management team are great.

This villa really exceed our (high) expectations, the design is superb with high end fittings. The location close enough to town for convenience but also remote enough for privacy with a nice mix of eateries within easy reach. A special mention must go Mariano who is ultra helpful and patient. Amazing place for family and friends!

Olympus is beautiful; It's very large - there's more than enough room for a group of 8 or 10. The views are amazing! It's very quiet & convenient to town. Our host Mariano was very responsive & helpful. We enjoyed the Chef, Francisco, coming to the house for two dinners. We were able to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air while we dined. The pool area is lovely with plenty of space to lounge. Cozumel is wonderful with warm and friendly people - we hope to come back!

Grand Villa

This house is huge and in a great location with many extras - game room, large dining room, office. The staff were outstanding. We loved Chef Francisco and Elsie and their meals were always great and affordable. Snorkeling in front of the house was very good and had almost no current. Convenient location to town and our favorite restaurants. Mariano was super and extremely responsive when we had issues. Overall we had a great time!

AMAZING

It was a dream vacation! Highly recommend utilizing the Chef- very professional and food was superb! Daily housekeeping was wonderful. Very secure and felt safe. We rented a car and had garage for parking. Location was near town and very close to airport- surprisingly no significant noise. Can’t wait to go back! Worth it! We cancelled our rooms at Secrets to stay here and so happy we did- barely any difference in cost.

Luxuriously Comfortable

Don’t hesitate to rent this home. Our experience was the best we’ve ever had with a house manager and chefs. Mariano took care of our every need. The home is architecturally amazing, the pool is the prettiest we have ever been in, the location is perfect. We had a dive boat pick us up for scuba diving every day at the private dock. Everything you could want or need is available at this home. Even the beds are luxuriously comfortable. There are several locations for gathering in the home and enjoying being in Cozumel.

Amazing

Truly an amazing house! Everything in the house was top quality from sheets, pillows, towels and most furniture was Fendi imported from Italy. Want to share, if anyone is interested in traveling somewhere incredible. The host Mariano was amazing, there’s nothing he wouldn’t do to accommodate us, from sending us 2 masseuse, scooters, ice, sun block, a yacht to rent for the day, etc. The Chef, Fransisco was amazing, could cook anything we asked for and every morning breakfast was beautiful. Mariano truly made it a 5 ⭐️ experience.

Phenomenal Experience!

Our family stayed here for Thanksgiving week. Everything exceeded our expectations. The house is beautiful and immaculately kept. The location could not be more convenient - we walked EVERYWHERE. The kitchen was great for preparing meals and having snacks and happy hours! Mariano, the property manager, is professional, knowledgable, and friendly. He helped us with every facet of our trip - making reservations, arranging a private boat (AMAZING), private chef service (DELICIOUS), in home massages, and with taxis. This truly is a first class experience with a beautiful home and management that will ensure you well taken care of throughout your stay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Gracias!!!!

Perfect week for longtime friends

Four our group of eight adults, the most outstanding features were the people. Mariano, the property manager, welcomed us warmly at our arrival, and took the time to ask us what we were interested in during our stay. Next thing we know, we're cruising around the entire island on brand new scooters, snorkeling with turtles and rays from Hector's boat, devouring meals both at home with Chefs Francisco and Elsi, and in town at Guido's (say hello to Mishma the cat for us) and other Mariano recommendations. We musicians didn't bring our instruments, but Mariano even hooked us up with a couple guitars, for playing guitars by the pool at sunset. A perfect introduction to the island, can't wait to go back.If you believe every house has a soul forged from the people around it, this is a good one that won't dissappoint!

Loved This Beautiful Property!

The house is beautiful and is just as it is pictured online. It is also very well maintained. The outdoor space is equally beautiful. The view is post card perfect. It is very close to town. We walked to several places or took a very short taxi ride. The house manager Mariano was outstanding. He answered tons of questions before we arrived and assisted us with groceries, transportation, restaurant reservations, and excursion reservations. Additional house staff Aide and Jesus were friendly and very attentive to our needs. Be sure to go snorkeling abroad the Morgan. Her captain and crew were so friendly and provided our group with an unforgettable day. We loved our experience at The Olympus and hope to return soon!

I am reluctant to give a great review as it will drive more interest in the property, and may impede my ability to rent it in the future. BUT, it was a fantastic house. Mariano who runs it is absolutely fantastic. The snorkeling directly in back was fantastic. All the small details were thought through and provided for. Things like lots of towels by the pool, bags of ice in the freezer and clearing of the snorkel gear with disinfectant. No complaints. Not one. From anyone.

Cozumel in May

6 adults (3 couples). The property was excellent! Very well laid out and appointed. The pool overlooking the sea was fantastic. Snorkeling off doc was amazing. Mariano, property manager, was incredibly helpful arranging for chefs and staff, yoga instructor massage therapist and restaurant reservations - anything at all that we needed. Carlos and Franciscio, the day and night chefs, were absolutely fantastic. The food was perfection and in great supply. We celebrated 2 separate events and the team really made us feel special. Elysie and Armando’s service was superb. The photos on teh web do not do the house justice. We actually spent a lot of time at teh house relaxing and enjoying instead of our usual go-around-the-island days. Highly recommend and will be back!

Fabulous house plus Mariano was so attentive

Our family of 10 came to stay with cozumel for a week. We picked this house for its beauty, location and water. Some of our family are divers and the dive boat picked them up daily from our own dock! (Which Mariano helped us set up). His attentiveness and service was the best! He helped us get I a vehicle, horseback riding. And much more! Daily we had a man clean the outside pool area and a housekeeper!! Our family of 10 loved it so much!! Everyone has their own room, space, tv, everything. Nobody wanted to leave!! Mariano thank you for everything!! We will very much love to come back!!! Best vacation ever!! Love cozumel. We will return asap!

Cozumel dream house

Our family of 8 stayed at Olympus in July. The house is amazing! The decor is beautiful, the beds and pillows are comfy, and the backyard has a wonderful infinity pool overlooking the gorgeous waters of Cozumel. Mariano, the house manager, was very attentive and we were impressed with how clean the staff kept everything. We got groceries stocked prior to our arrival and had chef services(additional charge) daily with Chef Francisco and Elsie treating us to really delicious food. We ate al fresco on the back patio for most meals in order to take in the views. One of the best features of the house is the location. It's fairly close to town, so easy to go in for shopping/dining. We have stayed south of town previously and appreciated that there was less boat traffic to the north. They provide snorkel equipment and the snorkeling right off the pier is really great! We would highly recommend Olympus to families or other groups looking for an amazing Cozumel vacation.

Lifestyles of the Rich and famous

This property is absolutely amazing down to every little detail! The pictures do not lie, and the views are absolutely breathtaking! Loved the location that was a 15 minute walk to the heart of downtown. Two fabulous restaurants on the water a easy 10 minute walk away. We had the chef prepare a couple of meals, and it was fabulous! Mariano could not be a better house manager. Wonderful personality very very responsive and helpful with any requests. I asked for lounge chairs in addition to the couches they already had and within an hour they were already placed by the pole. He also was helpful with suggestions of things to do. We went to a lovely all inclusive on the beach which I recommend. The grocery store is a seven minute taxi ride or we actually walked there and it took about half hour but you’re always in a very busy populated area with wide walking paths. Snorkeling right off the property was easy and fun. Our lovely cleaning person was there every day doing an amazing job. The only thing I wish was different was a heated pool. Truly a special place that makes you feel like you were in the ultimate luxury accommodations!

Fantastic property, manager, staff, location!

This house is very large and very clean. Air conditioners worked great where needed. We were happy with the mattresses, hot water, water pressure, kitchen supplies, towels, etc. If you travel by VRBO frequently, you know that some of these things are lacking at times. Not at this house. Very, very good. The outdoor space is really what makes this house special. We snorkeled multiple times right from our own pier with a ladder. The pool was warm but still very refreshing. The views from anywhere on the ocean side of the house is outstanding. Sunsets, cruise ships, turquoise waters. The proximity to town is also outstanding. Short drive, but just far enough that you are not bothered by cruise traffic at all. Mariano is an outstanding host. He was attentive and competent, without being overbearing at all. If I owned a rental property, I would want Mariano to manage it. He set us up with a very good private yacht rental on the Morgan (45 foot Cabo, highly recommended). Mariano arranged a chef crew for us one day (extra but honestly pretty good price ($300 for 9 people and that includes the supplies and a 20% tip for bblunch). Overall, we would recommend and we are highly likely to return.

The location and house couldn't have been more perfect. Snorkel right in front of the house or relax by the pool. rented scooters and were a quick easy fun trip into town for dinners or shopping! The staff is amazing and aim to please1
