House was exactly as advertised . Could have had a few more kitchen items but we had everything we needed. Location was the best. Housekeeping and pool upkeep was top notch . Toro was very helpful with everything we needed. We will definitely come back to this beautiful house.

We stayed at this villa for a girls’ trip—six ladies over 50—and it was absolutely perfect! The property was beautiful, comfortable, and felt incredibly safe. The staff, especially Toro and Maggie, were amazing and made our stay even more enjoyable with their kindness and attention to detail.We also opted for the chef service, and it was fantastic—delicious meals every time and such a treat to come “home” to.Renting a car made exploring the island super easy, and we loved having two great beachfront restaurants just a short walk away. The location, service, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this villa for a relaxing, stress-free getaway!

This place is exactly as advertised. The location can not be beat. It was like we had our own private resort and private beach. The staff (house cleaners / pool cleaners) and the owners could not have been more welcoming and warm. We were introduced to local fishing guides and boat captains and were treated like royalty by all of them. We are already planning a trip to come back.

Four generations to Cozumel

We took our 3 adult children, spouses, 2 granddaughters and my mother-in-law to Cozumel for a week. The house was a great place to base and explore the island. We spent a lot of time at the pool, snorkeling and enjoying our time together.

Great place, beautiful location. Walk across the road to the beach and go snorkeling. Great beach restaurant just a few hundred feet down the beach. Will definitely stay here again.

Home was very nice water is very clear great food near by the locals kinda take over the small beach in front of the house but overall great vacation...amazing scuba diving location

Unfortunately, the beach is federal property, so we can't put a fence up or ask folks to leave. We do understand that on Sundays it does get a lot of local foot traffic. Nice house. Nice area, Toro is great! Every thing worked at the house. We stayed here before 2 years ago, not disappointed at all! Will stay here again if we choose to come to Cozumel.

Wonderful Vacation Spot

When I originally booked this house I thought it was too good to be true with the price and everything we wanted right on the beach but it was actually everything advertised and more. There is a little spot across the road to get drinks and swim, your own pool, it is so quiet, the staff was amazing. I only wish I had booked to stay longer!! We will definitely be back!

5 Star! Definitely coming back.

Everything was great. Pool was perfect and very well kept. House was clean and caretaker Toro was always available if we needed. Location can not be beat. Best snorkeling right out the front door. Money bar is a short walk as well as two great beach clubs within walking distance. Leading up to the stay, JP was awesome. Can't wait to come back.

Great family vacation

Property was excellent and suited what we were looking for as a group of 8. Spent a ton of time outside at the pool area beach. Rooms were a good size and beds comfortable. The large and well stocked kitchen was great as we did a lot of cooking for ourselves, especially breakfast. Wish we could've been able to do our own laundry being only complaint. The staff were awesome. Being out of town we choose to rent a vehicle for going back and forth, that's where I suggest you do your due diligence! Overall great place to stay and chill with family or friends. Met our needs no problem.

In regard to the laundry machines, we actually used to allow guests to access them on their own, but the machines were greatly abused. However, we still offer a FREE laundry service, where our employees take care of it all for our guests, I think your group took advantage of this, if we are not mistaking. Anyhow, we hope that you understand the reasoning as to why we no longer allow guests to access the machines. It would be our absolute pleasure to have you back for future stays should you choose to return to the magical island. Again, you and your group were fantastic! Great Family Beach Vacation

Our first stay in Cozumel was outstanding, starting with arrival to the property and being immediately greeted by Toro, who assisted in carrying in our bags. Our family vacations together once per year and this was an amazing spot with the beach and snorkeling steps from the property. The pool area is amazing with plenty of places to relax and soak up the sun. The rooftop deck quickly became a favorite to start the day with a cup of coffee and end the day watching the sunset.Our family opted for the meal service and both Maggie and Toro delivered an exceptional experience. The food was amazing and their kindness and attentiveness were appreciated.We plan on returning next year, the entire family loved Cozumel.

I concur with the other reviewers. We had a very nice week at Villa Las Uvas. The caretaker is a very nice man and is there for anything you need. The owner is quick to respond to any issues. The home is very comfortable.

Our Cozumel Family Vacation July 2019

The property was absolutely incredible. We stayed at Villa las Uvas II (2nd & 3rd floors) and I cannot say enough about how beautiful and spacious the accommodations were. I was shocked by how large all of the rooms were! We had nine people in our group and gathered quite often and never felt crowded. The beach was right in front of the property where we snorkeled and swam, we loved it. The pool on the property was beautiful as well! If you get the chance to stay here...DO IT!

Great Place Stay

We rented the villa for my husband and I and adult children. Everything was just as described on the website. Toro was great about helping or answering questions. Our dive boat picked us up on the beach in front of the villa. A 10-15 min ride to downtown by taxi for meals and trips to Mega for groceries There were a couple of local places within walking distance for casual food and drinks. We would definitely stay here again.
