The place was clean and it was easy to get to the beach. The AC got cold enough at night for a great night's rest. There is a convenient loading/unloading area with carts that you can use for your luggage. The balcony only has a partial beach/ocean view due to the trees partially blocking the line of sight, but consistently got a great ocean breeze and was very relaxing to rest on. Overall it was a great place, would stay again.

The condo was very nice, spacious and updated. Easy access to stairs or elevator. The location is great. Next to Kenny D’s, Captain Dave’s!. Easy walk to the beach. The complex and pools are very clean. Everyone was friendly. We’ve visited many times over the years to Leeward Key and will definitely return! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay with a family and great location to the beach

We really enjoyed how convenient it was to have the private beach access. Access to the 2 pools, the beach, and the fitness center were all great perks and very appealing. Walking across the street to the pool and beach was amazing and didn't have to worry about parking. We loved staying at Leeward Keys and can't wait to go back.

Very nice stay

204 Leeward Key was very nice. The beds were great and comfortable, the balcony was great to have, kitchen was adequately stocked, and it was easy to check in and out. Highly recommended.

Perfect Girls Weekend

The property was perfect for our "grown-up girls weekend" away. Plenty of space, clean and easy access. The location with the beach access across the street was perfect and we loved sitting poolside after dinner to watch the sunset.

Great Getaway

We loved our stay at Leeward Key! The location is perfect and we felt very safe. The condo could use some updating but overall was very nice! RealJoy was very responsive to any questions we had and left clear check-in and out instructions. We look forward to our next Miramar Beach trip!
