État impeccable - vous apprécierez la propreté de notre unité. Nous voulons que vous vous détendre et profiter! Sois notre invité! Tout est fait pour que vous passiez de bonnes vacances au Point Sebago, y compris un programme d’activités pour les jours de pluie.

Le loyer d'été 2019 est de 1800 $. 00 par semaine, samedi au samedi. Le taux de printemps et d'automne est de 250 $ par nuit. Nous sommes fermés novembre-avril. Un dépôt de garantie remboursable de 300 $ est requis. Les taxes et les frais de service sont inclus. Location de voiturette de golf privée disponible.
Nous sommes sur Sebago Woods Way, à 200 mètres de la plage et à quelques minutes à pied du port de plaisance, d’une aire de jeux, du parc aquatique pour enfants, du restaurant en bord de plage et d’un salon avec tables de billard et jeux de fléchettes. Complexe sportif avec tennis et beach volley, basket, jeu de palets, complète avec utilisation gratuite des engins de sport juste à la fin de notre rue. Location de bateaux, location bateau de glissement, des voiturettes de golf vacances pour l'utilisation de la station. Magasin général a l'essentiel et de souvenirs.

Cottage est livré avec toute la cuisine et la salle à l'équipement, des ustensiles, etc., plus cafetière avec filtres et du café. Trois téléviseurs avec câble - véranda TV a DVD et VHS également. Grande terrasse à l'arrière avec ensemble de jardin et barbecue; grande zone de la fosse d'incendie et des sièges dans la cour arrière.

Fun family getaway

We had a great week! The cabin was perfect for our family of six. Plenty of room and having the two bathrooms was great. Not to mention the short walk to the beach.

Wonderful and spacious

This cottage was terrific and the owner Nan was wonderful. We had a glitch with the cart and she quickly resolved it for us. She was warm and personable and so helpful. The cottage was perfect for our needs, the living area was bright and spacious, the beds comfortable enough for a cottage and the kitchen was well equipped. Location was great, just a short cart ride to the beach and all the amenities that Point Sebago has to offer. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Perfect spot for a family getaway

Clean and Bright

We were so happy with our first stay here. CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. We felt very comfortable. Even when there was rain the place was still bright and cheery. I have already rebooked for next year!!

Perfect Location and Great Place!

The place was great. Everything you need is provided and it’s a great location close to everything. Very clean, cable, wifi, and a nice area in back with a fire pit. We loved it and highly recommend renting from Nancy!

Great stay

Me and my family are very familiar with point sebago resort and this property is in the best location. Spacious camp with all the things you will need for a small family. We had a great stay and would stay again.

First time in Sebago and fell in love with it!

Sebago Lake is just beautiful and the Point Sebago Resort offers something for everyone! The O’Hallorans cottage was in the perfect location . The cottage was clean and well equipped and had A/C which was wonderful in the 90degree heat! Nan was wonderful and accommodating right from the beginning and she was very available for any questions we had!

Love this place!

We have spent a week here, each summer, for the past 3 years. The owners help to make it such a great experience and are always available if needed. The unit is stocked with all necessary amenities and is always found to be super clean. The back deck with a grill and a firepit with seating is also a plus. We look forward to returning again in July!!
