Located about a mile from the downtown and beach area, you can enjoy all the amenities that Point Sebago offers but get away when you need some relaxation.

You can spend your days swimming, kayaking, playing pickleball or competing in some of the Point Sebago contests. At the end of the day, you can grab dinner and drinks at the Tiki Bar then take in the entertainment in the lounge or on the beach. For those of you who prefer a more laid-back vacation, enjoy your coffee on the back deck, find a spot to relax at the lake, read a book on the front porch, then go back to prepare your dinner in the kitchen, or barbecue and eat on the back deck. When the sun sets, light the fire pit and make smores or head down to Point Sebago Square for an ice cream. There are also daily activities for the kids to keep them entertained and golf enthusiasts can play 18 holes at the nationally acclaimed Point Sebago golf course. There is also a newly renovated playground directly across the street.

The cottage offers a master bedroom with a queen size bed, two twins in the second bedroom and TV’s in both. The living room has a rocker recliner and a sectional sofa that converts to a bed big enough for 3! The kitchen is fully furnished with a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pans, etc., everything you will need during your visit. The dining area has a table that seats 6 with 2 additional stools at the nearby breakfast bar. The cottage has central air and heat to keep you comfortable on the warm summer days and cool Maine mornings. The cottage has 3 smart TV's, cable in the living room and wifi. The cottage is professionally cleaned in between each visit.
