BBZ Bunkhouse - Cozy and Close to Town; Yet Secluded In The Great Outdoors!

Welcome to the town of Williams, Arizona! Kick back and relax at this cozy, quaint, quirky, and quiet old ranch house. Williams is the Gateway to the Grand Canyon, which is located approximately 60 miles away. The town is full of restaurants, shopping, fresh air and friendly people! What a PERFECT place to spend your vacation! There is something very magical here during the Christmas Season!

The Bunkhouse is close to town, yet far enough out to enjoy the outdoors. The views are spectacular! There is a porch with a view...you can see the beautiful Bill William Mountain. There is plenty of room in the backyard for children and/or pets to play. The BBQ grill is a charcoal gei and you must bring tour oqn charcoal. The house is warm and inviting. Enjoy visiting Bearizona, The Deerfarm, The Grand Canyon, The Polar Express and don't forget the shopping!!! It's a lot of fun to play in the snow here. There are plenty of places to go sledding and lots of snowball fights can take place right here in the backyard! The summers can be nice and cool. Come and explore the area and see all that Williams has to offer!

Host very responsive and available to answer questions and even readily accessible to assist with comforts relating to our stay. The shower head stopped working the first night and the host dropped one off to us to replace within a couple hours.House was cute, cozy, and clean. Tastefully decorated for Christmas and the host left a cute Christmas acrivity for our little one to do upon arrival.

We had a wonderful stay at the bunkhouse! The yard was perfect for our little dog to run and play. It's close enough to town for convenience, yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. We really enjoyed our time here.

Candi was great! Communication was perfect. The home had all of the necessities and in a great spot in town. They added the little extra touch with the Halloween candy on the pillows Our son loved hanging with the neighbors’ horse out back! Thanks for a great stay!

The hosts were easy to communicate with and accommodating. But we were very disappointed once we went in the house. If I thought I could have cancelled and gotten a refund when we entered I would have. The house was not clean, didn't seem to have been cleaned well in quite a while. The glass in the kitchen cabinet doors were greasy, the mirrors were dirty, the window screens had holes, and the window tracks were really dirty. The towels and wash cloths were old, rough and stiff. We both slept on top of the bedding. You have to walk through one bedroom to get to the bathroom and the dining room and kitchen. No door there for privacy. Also, there are houses around you and a train right up the road. A huge reason I rented this place is they have a decent sized back yard and allowed 3 dogs. Unfortunately the backyard has broken glass all over, not safe for people or dogs. The decor of this house reminds of an old party house in the 70's. This was my first and last time booking with vrbo.

Golf outing

Really impressed with the property, i guess my only complaint is the propane tank for the grill was empty so we had to cook indoors but we made it work. Otherwise everything was great, thank you again.

Close to everything! Enjoyed bearizona and the deer farm. Had breakfast on route 66 and went to the Red Raven for dinner and Mexican food. Went shopping. So convenient! And not on top of a lot of people. Nice open space.

Great Little Getaway!

Candi and Keith were GREAT hosts! From the donuts at arrival for the kids, to the ongoing communication, to the wonderful morsels of information about things to do in the area, they had it all! It was an easy drive to the Grand Canyon, where we were able to enjoy the beautiful scenery and make some lifetime memories with some of our family members. The young boys had a wonderful night watching a DVD they hadn't seen in a long time, and it even kept them off their mobile devices! Thank you for sharing your lovely little home-away-from-home with us!!

Everything was what was advertised, clean, out of the way, yet close to great activities. The Welcome notebook answered all the question we had and more. Enjoyed family time at the Deer Farm and Canyon Coasters. Most of all it was a relaxing time with family, playing games, watching a movie, and laughing. A great get away from busy schedules.

We had a great stay on the way home from the south rim of the Grand Canyon. The house was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host Candi was excellent. Would definitely stay again!

Cute and Clean

Love the fun layout of the cabin add character. Fine for couples or families with kids. Second bedroom is open/ no privacy. Not an issue for us or if we had brought our kids. The cabin was very clean. Host was very responsive.

Clean little house

We stopped and picked up some steaks and baking potatoes on the way there and when we got there there was no working BBQ grill and the oven did not work we had to go out to eat. Not what we were expecting.

Huge outdoor fanatics! Family time is most important. We have 4 boys and our adventures have been a plenty! We have stayed at a few vacation rentals like this and wanted to give it a try to accommodate for the things we wished we had while on vacation. We are so happy to share our Bunkhouse with you. Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Close to town but out far enough that you really feel like you are in the forest. Ponderosa Pines and Wildlife are everywhere. Deer roam free all over. Very calming and peaceful. Lots of fun for the entire family! 4 Seasons.
