This room was just as described in the listing. It was very clean, well decorated, beautiful views. The check-in process was easy and the management team was very responsive when needed. My family and I will defiantly be staying here again.

Watched the air show fly at the level of our balcony. Pier was right next to us and plenty of bonus beach gear left by previous guest that was great.

We had a great time at this property. The accommodations were clean and nicely decorated as shown in the pictures. It was quiet and close to the key activities Pier Park has to offer. I would stay here again. Thanks for sharing this lovely space!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! It was clean, spacious, and had the best views. We had five kids in our party (ages 4-9) who loved the bunk room and it was great for them to have their own space. Check-in was a breeze and I appreciated how easy it was to communicate with the rental company…they were very quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Property and condo were great. 5 kids 18-21 along with my husband and self and plenty to do. Condo was roomy and view from balcony was great.

2308 West really is Great, and thank you for your feedback. The taller penthouse ceilings really expand the space. The owner spends lavishly to keep this unit in immaculate and updated condition. Beautiful, Clean, Convenient

Beautiful place with amazing top floor views and quick access to beach. So easy to come back and forth! Emerald Hub and Tiki Hut on property made things even more convenient for food and drinks. No noise issues and no elevator issues. Will return!

The condo was GREAT!! Anytime I messaged Mitch he responded within 30 mins. Very impressed with the communication. Very clean and a great location for Pier Park. Would stay here again.

The best you can get at Calypso

We could not have been more thrilled with this property. The views, the quality, price, and easy in and out process with Warren Beach Rentals made a customer for life. The owner of this unit clearly puts a lot of his earnings back into the home, it looked, smelled, and felt brand new. A FAR higher standard than the norm. 5 stars all the way around, and already a trip planned for summer 2025.

Beautiful condo on top level

Overall a wonderful stay. The master bath shower drain had some issues, but other than that very clean. We didn’t have the starter items promised in the listing, but we were able to purchase quickly. The property is clean and well maintained, and in an ideal location. The views are stunning. The only thing that would have made it better was a later check -out option.
