Great location! Everything, including the grounds and pool, were very clean. The master bedroom mattress was incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was stocked okay. Only 4 forks! The parking was easy and always available. We would stay there again

Great condo and the location was perfect

The condo was very nice. It had everything we needed. I was a little disappointed that the bunk room didn’t have a door for privacy but we made it work for our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in your beautiful condo. When we opened the door when we arrived I could smell cleaning products. It was very clean. We were a group of 6 and had plenty of room. We enjoyed the New Year Fireworks while relaxing on the balcony. We will most definitely be back for another stay. We had great communication with the host. We didn’t have ANY problems that needed addressing. Wonderful stay !!!

I have stayed in various Aqua units throughout the years. This was one of the most disappointing ones. The unit just seemed worn out and needed some TLC. The kitchen was not stocked as well as others I have stayed at. The worst was the balcony, which is where we love to spend a lot of time at. The furniture that was there had cushions that were mildewed to the point we had to put beach towels on it to sit. It was just pieces of furniture and one chair broken propped up in the corner. My husband all most fell over not knowing. There was a lot of pigeon poop on one side that was so disgusting (and no we did not feed them) finally out there along the bottom area of the sliding door and door going to the master bedroom was very molded and disgusting I am sorry to give this review but if I was the owner I would want to know so I could address.

This was a great condo. We got screwed with an extra fee from VRbo and are still fighting them.

Great condo. The kitchen was one of the best stocked.

Clean, spacious, well appointed, nicely decorated. Condo needs hooks in all bathrooms, near front door and in bunk room. our broom had no handle at all. need more kitchen towels and bath towels. Would definitely stay again. great floor plan, very comfortable.

Perfect for our family

We have stayed at the Aqua several times and it never disappoints! Clean and spacious and welcoming! Warren Beach Rentals is the way to go! They send notifications, emails and texts very timely and respond quickly! I will 100% be booking with them again!

Great time

Had a great stay loved condo 1403. Everything was walking distance. Only complaint was the hot tub was always full of kids. Would go back in a heartbeat.

The condo was great much bigger than the photos show. It was nice having the included chairs. This is very close to pier park. With in waking distance. It is also beside the restaurant Shuckum's which was amazing and has a family friendly karaoke night. The pools were great and cleaned daily. The only real negative was on check in and check out days it takes a while to get an elevator but that is normal everywhere.

Beautiful view condo

Gorgeous waterfront condo with views to die for. Spacious, nicely furnished and quick responses from management. Thoroughly enjoyed the pools, hot tub and beach service. My only complaint is that although a nonsmoking facility, people all around us were smoking cigarettes and cigars on their balconies quite often.

Overall everything was nice. The master bathroom toilet seat needs replacing. It is VERY old and dis-colored and the cushions on the porch need replacing. The lounger cushion is dirty and the other cushions are too small for the chairs, but for the most part it was very nice, clean and spacious.

Great place to stay, right on the water!

The condo was as described, clean, in a great location! Walking distance to some great places to eat, shop, or have a drink! Only bad thing I have is that the kitchen is not stocked well at all compared to other VRBOs I have stayed. Only had 5 forks and only 1 smaller pot for cooking The washer also need some attention, the ring needs cleaned and left open to dry out, it absolutely smells terrible! Other than that it was great! We definitely will check out Aqua for future stays!!
