The second you walk through the doors, you're transported to a desert getaway with tasteful cactus artwork and fun desert colors throughout. This house comes with dog bowls and has a backyard grass area so your dog can enjoy the vacation just as much as you will! With a spacious, open floor plan, this home is family-friendly and perfect for a family reunion or get together. This unit includes two kid scooters and helmets, kid books, puzzles, DVDs, games, and magazines. Completely furnished and stocked, we've thought through the small details, so you can enjoy your stay worry-free. You'll appreciate the oversized rooms, high-end bedding, and an enclosed private backyard patio equipped with a BBQ grill.

Just minutes away from hundreds of picturesque hikes, we are in the perfect location for an active vacation or for unwinding and relaxation.

Visit the historic downtown in St. George, one of the many nearby golf courses, or one of the four state parks surrounding us. The nearby state parks include Sand Hollow State Park, Quail Creek State Park, Snow Canyon State Park, and Gunlock State Park. Conveniently located off a major road, we are the gateway to multiple national parks. While here, visit Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, and the Grand Canyon National Park.

With such a favorable location, this home is the ideal vacation spot.

Super clean, quiet complex. Great to have pickleball court, pool, and fitness room. The unit was perfect for our group, including our two small dogs. There was a nice fenced in area for the dogs as well as a nice loop around the complex to stroll, with spectacular red rock formations in the backdrop. Also, the complex was convenient to Costco, Sprouts, and Starbucks! Overall, a 5 star experience!

Beautiful Townhouse

The townhouse was so clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We absolutely loved the property and the amenities. It was a great location, as well. Also, the property manager was so great to work with. They even let us extend our stay at the last minute. I would highly recommend staying here!

The house was wonderful and comfortable. Furnishings were very nice. Only comment would be to have luggage racks to put our bags on and a small table in the kids bedroom to put cell phones on. We very much enjoyed our stay! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

This is an exceptionally clean for being a pet-friendly rental. I am allergic to most dogs and I was concerned that there would be allergens that I would react to but I didn’t have a problem. We brought our small doodle with us and the small, fenced in outdoor space was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay! The rental was spotless, comfortable, and very pet-friendly. It was great to find a clean, welcoming place. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with pets!

The home was as described. Perfect for our crew which consisted of 2 sets of adults and three kids. The two separate areas with a tv allowed the adults to watch football while the kids gamed. 10 steps to the play area, pickleball court and pool made for easy transitions for the kids. Golf options were close by as were many hikes. Home was very clean. Only advice I’d offer future renters is bring the little things if you plan on cooking at home. The kitchen is well equipped but don’t expect cooking spray, spices etc. we will definitely rent here again if we go back to St George.

Very nice place!

The place was great and the amenities were really nice. We enjoyed the pool and pickle ball courts, local restaurants, and state parks. There was no pack and play when we arrived, but I was able to reach out to our contact and they brought one over super quickly.

Great place for a quick getaway

This was a wonderful place to stay to spend some time in St. George. I am hoping to go back sometime soon. The house was well styled, comfortable, and convenient. Also loved the size of the bathrooms! We were all able to get ready at the same time.

This is a very well maintained property. The furnishings were new and the unit well equipped. The property manager was very easy to work with and responsive to questions. We did not use the pool area but it looked nice.

Not at Advertised

This property was not as advertised. The unit itself was nice but the heather would not turn off and was stuck at 82*. Total sweat box all weekend even after they came and said it was fixed. Additionally I called ahead and asked if the hot tub and pool was heated which was a big reason we booked here. Nope, the pool was extremely dirty and not suitable for swimming unless you like swimming in a muddy pool that not heated even after they said everything was good to go. What a disappointment save yourself the money book somewhere else.

Hi! Thanks for your written feedback. We do our best to prevent these things from happening, but appreciate our guest’s kind understanding if they do. At the time of your stay, you happily accepted our apologies and a discounted stay. Unfortunately, the maintenance issue was unexpected and out of our control. However we sent someone to fix the issue as soon as we received your request. Our property manager personally attended the maintenance visit to ensure the heater was properly fixed. At the time, you agreed it was resolved. The community pool is incredibly clean and the highlight for our guests! At the time of your stay, another guest accidentally pushed the automatic shut off valve which caused the pool to stop working for 24 hours. We had a technician fix the issue as soon as possible. Please accept our sincere apologies once again for the inconvenience these unfortunate incidents caused you.

Beautiful rental unit

New unit with beautiful furnishings and great floor plan. Fun pool and community area. The neighborhood is still getting built out. You have to drive a ways to get gas or groceries or restaurants. But it will get better every year.
