We had such a good time in this beautiful townhome! We met all of our kids there to celebrate Thanksgiving. The place was clean and beautiful, well taken care of, the kitchen was well stocked with quality supplies. The host was very gracious and cooperative, and responded to my inquiries promptly. I would definitely come here again.

Beautiful home in a delightful development. There were so many amenities and the house was comfortable. The views were great and the pool was easily accessible from the house. Everything about our stay was fantastic.

Awesome stay at Desert Paint Brush!

Very clean, nicely organized and well stocked. Perfect stay for our family. We were there for a sporting event at Utah Tech and it was a quick trip to and from.

Cute/ Clean Place!

We loved staying here! Location is great and just 10-15 minutes outside of the hustle and bustle of the bigger city. The kids loved the bunk bed room! Very clean and very good communication and accommodations with the owner!

Clean and well supplied and organized

I loved that there were plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, kitchen had everything and was well organized and labeled. They didn’t skimp on anything and the place was very clean. Definitely recommend!

Best place

This was an amazing place and great location. My wife said this was the best place she has stayed in. Very clean Very close to the interstate and easy drive to Zion. They have a great community pool and hot tube. Kitchen was well supplied and plenty of room and beds. Kids enjoyed the rooms as well. Host was great as well. Would definitely recommend this place for your next stay.

Lovely vacation home in a quiet setting

My husband and I spent six nights in this well located and spacious vacation home. The neighborhood is only a few minutes from I-15, allowing you to quickly get to downtown St George, to Zion and Bryce Canyon national parks, and to a half dozen lovely Utah state parks. The neighborhood has a large pool, heated year round. There is much to enjoy for all age groups! The owners have equipped the home with every possible kitchen appliance and tool, numerous towels, beach towels, and even items for your dog. This is by far one of the most well appointed homes we’ve stayed in. I look forward to visiting again next year!

Clean, Pet Friendly Home in Great Location

This home was clean, stocked well, and in a great location, close to the interstate. I brought small kitchen appliances from home, but was thrilled to see a stand mixer and a good blender in the kitchen already. Our golden retrievers were comfortable and enjoyed walks around the neighborhood. The host was quick to reply to any questions we had. We'll definitely book here again.

Perfect for the Occasion

We booked this place for 4 adults and some teenagers. Location and amenities were perfect. Plenty of room for everyone. Very nice inside and easy to find. Communication with host was great. The only thing we couldn't figure out was the TV. Didn't have any set local channels that we could figure out but were able to access the streaming elements just fine. Would like to stay again.

Wonderful House and Location

Love the location, the organization within the house, the cleanliness, etc. However, we (my wife) did reach out with a text informing the owner that there we some bug issues in the master bedroom (killed two smaller roaches and other little gnat-looking bugs) on the toilet and bedroom carpet floor. We reached out to maybe get pest control out to the property so we wouldn't encounter other bug issues. No response from the owner...hence the 3-star rating on communication. But other than that, the place is wonderful and will stay again when we go down to St. George.

Beautiful Town Home!

We had a great stay here! Everything was phenomenal to the point that grandma even asked for us to take a picture of her mattress label because she wants that mattress (said it was the best night sleep she'd had in a very long time). The amenities were great. Our youngest loved the pool. Everyone enjoyed their stay. The only (sorta) downside was that when bringing a dog, the listing made it appear as though there was a grassy area near by for pet potty usage. This is not the case. Signs are everywhere, stating not for pets. Pets are to be taken quite aways away to a rocky dirt area to do their business. We did our very best, but our poor 7 month old, could hardly hold it that long to make it that distance. We made it work. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay, everything was outlined perfectly, and communication was great!
