Allamanda 1 is a new beautiful 1 bedroom suite located at the mini resort Seagrape Vista in Cruz Bay, St John. This property is a 3 min walk to the Frank Bay beach and 8-10 minutes walk to downtown Cruz Bay. The outdoor patio has a table and chairs for two facing the pool area and St Thomas. The living room area has a dining table for 2. The kitchenette has all you need for cooking. The bedroom has a king size bed and the bathroom a walk-in shower. Smart TVs in living room and bedroom.
Infants and children are counted as guests and will incur an additional fee. We do not allow any infants or children in our Allamanda One Bedroom units. We may allow a child or infant as an additional person in our other One bedrooms units (Seagrape 1 and Seagrape 2) and our Two bedrooms. However, this needs to be approved prior to booking and an additional charge will incur

The Seagrape vista was perfect! It was exactly what we were looking for. Great pool, community kitchen, and easy walk downtown! We absolutely recommend and can’t wait to come back!

My stay at Seagrape Vista was amazing. The property was very clean and well maintained. The room itself provided a beautiful ocean view of St. John and overlooked the community pool! The walk to town was also scenic and made for great start to each day. Would happily stay at Seagrape Vista for accommodations on my next trip to St.John.

Seagrape more like SeaGREAT

We can’t say enough about how great our stay was at the Seagrape vista… the room we stayed in was perfect for 2 and had all of the amenities you could ask for when staying. The honor bar downstairs was also such a plus for when you need a quick snack or drink. Property was extremely clean and the pool was beautiful.

What an amazing find! We had a wonderful day at the Seagrape, the staff was exceptionally nice. The location was very close to downtown and the restaurants. We didn’t even rent a car we just walked everywhere and compared to some of the nearby options. This was half the price. The rooms are modern clean and spacious, balcony was beautiful as well as the pool. Definitely a favor on the island!

Really enjoyed this property and our villa was great. Our only challenge was that many cabs and transportation didn’t want to drive the steep hill. We had difficulty getting our bags up all the steps too.

Welcome to Seagrape Vista to enjoy all the beaches, nature trails, underwater wonders that St John has to offer. We, Susan and Anders, are Swedish, have lived and worked in 4 countries, travelled through 6 continents, and spent the last 20 years in Pennsylvania. We like to travel, hike with our dogs, swim, sail, ski, dance and enjoy a variety of cuisine. During our trips to various places in the Caribbean we fell in love with St John and Cruz Bay and settled down here in 2020. Seagrape Vista is designed according to our tastes and hope it will suit you as well. You can walk to the beach and to Cruz Bay center and restaurants. See the evening lights on St Thomas and the sunset from your private balcony and enjoy a suite with essential amenities.
