Cruz Bay 1 ch Condo à quelques pas de baie de Frank & Easy Walk en ville

Notre condo St John est un merveilleux, 1chambre, 1 salle de bain Location de vacances idéalement situé à quelques pas de Cruz Bay, sur une rue résidentielle tranquille Gallows Point Resort juste après avec de grands vents et vue sur l'eau. Plage Frank Bay est juste autour du coin et les couchers de soleil sont incroyables à partir d'ici! Notre condo a des couleurs et des équipements d'inspiration caribéenne, parfait pour les adultes, les jeunes mariés ou les couples avec tout le confort de la maison avec un peu plus d'intimité et l'accessibilité que les hôtels ou centres de villégiature john st.

Avec 10 'de hauts plafonds, carrelage frais, et vue sur l'océan sont une retraite île accueillante. La Villa La Mer dispose de la climatisation et de ventilateurs avec des alizés réguliers.

Étape du salon ou la chambre sur notre grand porche avec une table en plein air à manger en teck, chaises longues, un hamac île inspiré, et un barbecue à gaz grill. Le porche donne sur la piscine commune (avec quatre autres condos) et sur certaines des plus belles vues panoramiques sur les Caraïbes et d’autres îles, et bien sûr sur les couchers de soleil dont vous vous souviendrez à jamais.

Le salon spacieux dispose d'un plancher au plafond bibliothèque, TV, et lecteur CD, et nous sommes prêts WiFi.

Notre cuisine rénovée et bien approvisionnée est bien approvisionnée par ma mère (une cuisinière du sud!) , vous devriez donc avoir tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer un repas élaboré ou mélanger vos concoctions préférées de l'île.

La propriété est magnifiquement aménagée avec des plantes florissantes toute l'année et vous allez adorer la grande piscine qui est partagée en privé avec les quatre autres unités sur la propriété.

Notre condo est très bien entretenu et notre équipe Bienvenue sera également disponible si avez des questions concernant la copropriété.

Nous espérons que vous apprécierez notre île loin de la maison.

    We had a great stay. The property was in a great location in Cruz Bay. Close enough to walk to restaurants/shops/the ferry, but in a fairly quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed spending time on the large balcony. Patty the property manager was great to deal with. She met us at the property and provided good recommendations

    This condo is exactly as advertised! It was clean and spacious with a great Caribbean feel. Everything we needed for the beach was on the deck and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes and appliances. We rented a jeep to get to the beaches but walked into Cruz Bay every evening for dinner. The walk was short, under 5 minutes, and not difficult at all for a couple of 65 year olds. The walk back uphill was not overly challenging. The pool was very warm and clean. We appreciated how quiet it was for sitting on the deck and enjoying the view and the breeze. The communication with Adele and Patti was easy and Patti was very helpful when she met us to check us in. I would highly recommend this property.

    Adele is a wonderful host! Very responsive with lots of information. Her lovely condo has everything you need for a great stay on St John-beach chairs and towels, coolers, fully stocked kitchen along with a great location close to Cruz Bay. Warmly decorated, clean and very comfortable. Pam is an excellent greeter and a great resource for all things St John.

    Comfortable Condo

    Great stay in a great location. We had a wonderful stay. The manager Patti met with us upon our arrival and was so helpful with getting to know the place and the area with lots of great recommendations of things to do. We would definitely stay here again.

    Great Location for Relaxing Vaca

    We were greeted by a host when we arrived, which was a great touch to make us feel comfortable. Location was within walking distance of Cruz Bay, which was also very nice since we did not have to worry about parking. Loved the porch overlooking ocean with hammock. Beaches are a close drive away. We appreciated having a cooler and beach chairs provided for our beach excursions.

    A excellent place to stay in Cruz Bay

    The apartment was very comfortable, with a large balcony and dining table, hammock, etc. offering a great view. The complex pool was very nice on a hot day. A short walk along the beach to restaurants, bars, and the dolphin market for provisions as well as the ferry dock and national park visitors center.

    We absolutely loved this condo! the location was perfect, walking distance to town but still quiet. And the back deck was our favorite hang out spot. The property manager Patti, was so nice and easy to communicate with. We can't wait to stay here again

    The views from the villa are gorgeous, and the accessibility to town perfect. The villa is fully equipped. It is a testament to St. John charm and comfort. The island itself is spectacular, easy to navigate by car and the islanders are beyond friendly, kind and helpful. We wish we could stay here longer. God willing, we will return. Good vibes.

    The condo was great! It was very comfortable and clean with a great deck and view. It was such a treat to walk into town every evening! Patty was very responsive and made checking in very easy. We can't wait to return to this wonderful island!

    The location of the condo is perfect for a walk into town. Parking in Cruz Bay is very difficult, so having the ability to walk into town was key!! The physical space in the condo was perfect for us. One bedroom, one bath, the "one fanny" kitchen (it's pretty narrow- only one person at a time!), and great living space inside and out. We appreciated Patty meeting us for check-in, as well as the wonderful communication prior. Loved the pool and the view. Could not have found a more perfect spot for a week in St. John.

    La Mer was an absolutely perfect villa to stay in on St. John. It was well equipped, very clean and perfectly located to walk to restaurants, bars, shopping, the ferry and the grocery store. We very much enjoyed BBQing on the balcony and swimming in the shared pool! We definitely would stay at La Mer again when we return to St. John.

    We loved this property. It was just as expected and had all the necessary items and more. The property manager Patti met us upon arrival and gave us the overviev.     Perfect Condo in Town

    My boyfriend and I loved our stay at Villa de Mer. It was a classic and adorable condo with everything we could have needed. We enjoyed watching the stars from the porch hammock every night. The location is perfect for walking into town and the property manager was warm and wonderful. I've visited St. John many times - usually staying in villas or private homes outside of town - and was worried about losing privacy with an in-town stay but couldn't have been happier with our week!

    Can’t wait to book again!

    My husband and I spent a week vacationing in St John for our anniversary and had a great experience here! Adele and Patti were so welcoming and made everything so easy for us. Our favorite things: - The property is just a short walk to Cruz Bay. - The pool is private, quiet and so refreshing for an afternoon dip after the beach. - The deck is perfect for coffee and breakfast in the morning or watching the sunset in the evening. We can’t say enough good things about this property and look forward to booking again in the future!

    Villa La Mer is Magical

    Patti and Villa La Mer help make our trip amazing! Patti was amazingly accommodating in meeting us to check in, escorted us through a great walkthrough of the condo and pool, and provided an indepth guide for all amenities in St. John. The condo was clean with an amazing view. It is conveniently close to Cruz Bay restaurants, although it is at the top of a steep hill. There is parking in front of the location, complimentary toiletries, and an incredible balcony with an exceptional view. Thank you for helping make our trip for our sister's wedding magical.
