If you feel like taking a stroll down the street for a bite to eat or a sit-down dinner, there are plenty of options only a walking distance away. If you are up for a fun night out, Harrah's New Orleans is a casino located 1.6 miles from your condo. It is a 115,000 sq ft casino with approximately 2,100 slot machines, over 90 table games and a poker room. There are several places to eat ranging from buffet-style to fine dining. This condo is under 2 miles from Mercedes-Benz Superdome, Audubon Aquarium of the Americas, House of Blues, and many other hot spots. The nearest airport, Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport is 24 miles from the condo. The nearest neighborhood Walgreens is only 1-minute walking distance from the condo. Features and amenities • 3 bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms • Private balcony • Located on the 2nd floor and requires 15 stairs to climb • Master bedroom comes with a Queen bed and a private bathroom • 2 bathrooms are in the hallway. One has a bathtub; the 2nd one has a standing shower • TV in the living room and in the master bedroom • Beautiful electric fireplace for cozy evenings Parking • Only street parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Things to know • We may use video surveillance in public areas. • For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request • We know that you may want to check in early or stay late to enjoy your planned activities. PLEASE NOTE: If early check-in/late check-out becomes available, we’ll send you an email/text message with an offer to upgrade to an early check-in or late check-out. • A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request • Gatherings of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. House rules • NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. • Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. • State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. • Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. • House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine • Please respect COVID-19 social distancing. • NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS. There is a $500 fine if you violate this policy. Noise disturbances will not be tolerated and will result in you vacating the premises. • Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. • For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. Perfect Spot!
This property was exactly what we needed for our Mardi Gras stay. This kids had their own bedrooms and baths. Well situated, easy to get to. It’s not the most luxurious place, but the pricing also does reflect that. We will definitely be back!

Fit the bill!!
Very conveniently located just a block or two from the Saint Charles trolley line. We were there with friends for Jazzfest and had a fantastic time. Beds were extremely comfortable, AC worked like a charm. Could use some more kitchen items such as cookie/baking sheets and items.

The items in the kitchen were lacking. It took a day to get enough coffee cups for the group and a wine opener. It could be stocked better, based on my previous stays with VRBO.

Location, location, location! Just 2 blocks to catch the St. Charles trolley, 2 coffee spots and a Walgreens within a few blocks makes this a very convenient choice. There are several amazing restaurants as well within the same 2-3 blocks. The 3 bedrooms with 4 queen sized beds and 2 bathrooms located in the hallway made it comfortable for our family of 6 adults to enjoy.
