We cannot say enough about our stay in this property. The condo was amazingly huge and just really nice. The heat didn’t work and it was a strange cold snap in Nola. They sent someone right away. And while the repairman couldn’t come until after our stay they brought us space heaters to take the chill off. It was a wonderful stay in a great location. Thank you.

Big, gorgeous spacd

We enjoyed staying in this condo. There were several amenties within walking distance, and it was large enough for a group of 9! The only downfall was the noisy neighbors, but to be expected in a condo. We’d stay again!

Great spacious condo in a perfect location

Loved how big this condo was and the location was perfect for Mardi Gras. Just a couple blocks from St. Charles, one of the parade routes. I would probably give it 4.5 stars if that were an option. The only complaint is that you can really hear the people above you. It only bothered me the first couple of mornings. I would definitely stay again if it's available the next time I'm in New Orleans!

Just OK

Location the main issue. Good in that it splits the difference between uptown/magazine st. and the quarter, but bad in that it's not close to either. It also is on the border of a very sketchy neighborhood. The place was generally clean, and presents itself well with a nicely done living room, but once past that, the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms were thrown together in the cheapest way.

Good location, some minor issues

The location and space was very nice. Very close to Bourbon and the stadium and the French quarter. We did have an issue as we were given the wrong code to get in and had to wait over 20 minutes outside in the dark to get in. Then we came home to no hot water in the unit (but someone did come to fix it which was a fast turn around). Also, an individual came to fumigate while we were inside the unit, which I thought was not safe nor professional. Overall the place was nice and spacious, but the unit was dirty and the overall hosting was a bit unprofessional. Would give it another chance but not the overall best experience.

A little disappointed

Not the cleanest..had a smell of mildew when you walk in. Had only 3 towels. Sofa torn up. Looks nicer in photos.

Good location, lots of space.

Our group of five really enjoyed having this as a home base. Easy walking distance to St Charles/streetcar, and centrally located a short ride to the French Quarter. Lots of space and rooms for a bigger group.

Convenient location, very spacious, could be great with a little more attention

The property was very nice, but could have been better set up for cooking. It is a huge property and suitable for large families or groups, but they really should have more cooking supplies like large pots and pans for larger parties. If you plan to cook, bring corningware, pots and pans. I guess they assume that folks will eat out. The refrigerator stopped working during our stay and we had to use coolers to keep our food cold. Alex was very helpful and responsive, but was not able to get it fixed during our stay. There is no off-street parking and the meter maids like to give tickets if you park less than 20 feet from the nonexistent cross walk. The location was great for Mardi Gras parades and walking distance to be the French quarter. It met our needs, but could use a little TLC.
