The house is over 3000 square feet, so you will have plenty of room to spread out. There are also 3 baby gates available to be put up throughout the home for added safety. Please makes sure to take them down before leaving at the end of your trip.

Bring your favorite outdoor games and enjoy even the time away from the beach. ***Outdoor fire pit is only available May 1st- October 31st.

Basic reminders for your check out:
- all trash needs to be taken out to the trash cans outside. All trash must be bagged. Un-bagged trash will result in an additional $150 cleaning fee
-Rinsed empty returnable bottles may be left behind in a garbage bag. Please do not add with trash as they will be returned for recycling. No additional charge.
-all used dishes need to be washed and put away

Guest can reach out for any recommendations, support, or concerns any time during their stay. Find something that can further improve future visits, message me your ideas.

Please keep in mind that you will be staying in a home and not a hotel. We do not have anyone on site, and will do everything possible to remedy any issue you run across.

There is a EV charger in the parking lot behind the Office Bar and Lounge, 1 block north.

The indoor fireplaces are not currently working due to safety. We hope to have them functional for the 2024 fall/winter season.
