This four bedroom home is perfect for the beach get away. If you get bored of the beach, there are countless attractions nearby. There are two bedrooms upstairs with three beds (king in one room, bunk bed in another). Another two bedrooms down stairs with three more beds (king in one room, bunk bed in another). The garage has a half bathroom and loft area with two more beds (king and twin). There is a crib, children's bed as well and day bed in the loft. There is plenty of sleeping room. The outdoor shower and garage bathroom are perfect for staying the whole day outside. When it's dinner time, the nicely appointed kitchen will make cooking a breeze. Outdoor mini fridge for extra drink space and sunshade with patio furniture for relaxing. Conclude the night with a campfire while rocking on the beach swing set. Truly a great beach vacation home!

Beautiful Beach vacation

The house was clean, the listing was accurate and the view was amazing. The owner communicated very well and was the most accommodating renter we have ever worked with. We definitely plan on. Looking into availability of this hoise again!

Absolutely Perfect

Michigan's Gold Coast...Perfect spot on Lake Huron, sandy, no rocks, able to walk the beach for miles. This house met all of our expectations. Spacious, well stocked, clean and so on. Seriously cannot say enough!!!

Excellent vacation spot for multiple families

This is an excellent home for multiple families with kids. Lots of space to spread out in the house and everything that could need for a great vacation. We used the kayaks every morning, grilled out every day and used to fire pit too. David was great to work with a quick to respond to any inquiries. We comfortably fit 4 adults and 4 kids and could have easily fit a couple more with all the beds that are available. Will definitely be making a return trip.

Beautiful Beach House That Felt Like Home

Sandy beaches create lasting memories at this perfect home. 5 bedrooms provide plenty of space. The kitchen is well appointed for easy entertaining. The huge deck has a grill and large table and umbrella for outdoor dining. The fenced yard was perfect for our two small dogs. After dinner enjoy the fire pit with swings and s’mores. The owner was a pleasure to work with and he made the process smooth and simple. The neighbors were friendly and helpful, too. This Beach House matched the description. We would consider coming back again!

Fantastic! Fantastic! Fantastic!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and I appreciated there was a crockpot so it gave me time to enjoy the water and beach instead of spending time cooking. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds were comfortable. The beach is sandy as well as no large boulders in the water which was fantastic! This home is also very dog friendly and having a fenced in yard was a plus. Our dog had such a good time he didn’t want to leave. The host is great at communication and responded to questions very quickly. He also was very friendly which made the stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back in the future.

Sand sun and waves!

We’ve stayed at many different properties in this area over the years…they’ve all have their positives and negatives. Positives of this property: plenty of room throughout the house especially with the number of beds and bedrooms; amazing beach with backyard access; fenced yard for dogs was a huge plus for us; fully stocked kitchen for meal prep; outdoor shower and 1/2 bath in garage was great until there was an unfortunate issue with the hot water tank which rendered all plumbing in garage/outside unusable; grill and ‘game room area’ in garage (including extra beverage fridge) was great to have; beds were very comfy; beach chairs/kayaks/corn hole all provided for use; David (property owner) was communicative and responsive when we needed to reach out. Negatives: home has a relatively short driveway so the proximity to 23 is quite close so just be aware it is a very busy road with reasonably heavy and fast traffic; there is zero tree cover on this particular property to help provide some shelter on windy days; beds needed to be vacuumed underneath (we only know this because of retrieving dog toys etc). All in all we very much enjoyed our vacation! There are very few properties that will allow dogs, so for us, this narrows the number of houses available significantly. On a clear night, you can’t beat the stars up there!

Wonderful beach home…

I had such a great week here! The location is absolutely perfect! It was so quiet and peaceful and literally right on the beach. The fenced in yard was wonderful for my 8 mo old puppy. We went for long walks every morning and evening. I ate in most of the time (grocery store was only 5 mins away) and the kitchen had everything I needed from quality pots and pans and utensils and all kinds of gadgets. Probably one of the best stocked kitchens out of all of the homes I’ve rented. The king bed upstairs was very comfortable!! The communication with the host was excellent and he genuinely cares about his guests. I would definitely recommend this home and hope to stay again in the future!

Perfect, luxurious house right on the beach

We were very happy upon entry to be greeted by a well-decorated, spacious, clean modern home. Sometimes rental homes are furnished with odds and ends no longer wanted by the owner - this one was purposefully decorated with leather couches, large smart TVs everywhere, and comfy new beds. The kitchen had every appliance you could want. Sheets and towels were new and again no home leftovers. It was very comfortable for us as a couple and accommodated a short family visit on the weekend. The garage has a bedroom and a large playroom for adults or kids. The late Sept weather was a bit cool and windy (Hurricane Ian was assaulting the Florida coast while we were there) but there were sunny days, and we were there to relax anyway. I am concerned that I am saying too much as it will attract more renters and there may not be an opening for us next year. The owner was gracious and helpful, easy to reach, and even arranged a dinner for us at a popular local pub. We are already planning a return trip.

Amazing home. Pictures do not do it justice. Everything you need for some R&R is provided. Kids loved paddle boards and parents loved kayaks. Many sand toys for the littles. Communication with host was wonderful. Thank you!

We had a great time in this beautiful cottage right on Lake Huron. Lots of amenities which was great since we ate in for all but one meal and had plenty of cooking utensils to do the job!

Beautiful home and views

Very nicely kept home with everything you could possibly need. Great layout that would work for a larger family but also perfect for two. The host was good at communicating and easy to reach if needed. The pictures exactly show what the house looks like. The fenced in yard is great for dogs and to be able to open the gate and walk right onto the beach was great. Overall, a great place to stay on Lake Huron.

This property was wonderful before the Memorial day weekend. Private beach. It was cold on some days but so quite. The only thing is have to be careful on the deck as the patio table is close to the end when you pull a chair out. That is what happened to me, I fell off the deck on our first day! That unfortunately messed up my knee and calf. Could not enjoy any kind of walking until very last day. The neighbor is so nice and even came over with a knee brace to help. But husband went to buy us one. The cleaning could have been better. I let the manager aware of the issues we found about the cleaning issues and he did his best to get resolved. David is very nice. Also wonderful for dog lovers as they have a fence around the property! Thanks David

Wonderful relaxing getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything anyone could need. We loved the light, bright feeling of the house and the spectacular view of Lake Huron. We were there the first week in May. The weather was quite chilly, so we didn't do very much outside, but it was a pleasure to relax inside the house. We hope to return for another vacation next year.

Awesome getaway

This was one of our favorite getaways so far! House was perfect, views were amazing, and the amenities were great! Kids loved paddle boarding, firepit nights, and views were stunning.

Relaxing getaway

My husband and I needed to get away with our dogs and this was a serene setting. David was helpful and friendly. We had car problems and the maintenance team stopped by to give us a jump. We actually ended up stranded for two full days at the house but we had plenty of provisions in the kitchen and we were able to relax and enjoy. David checked on us a few times but didn’t hover. Despite the stress of car issues we would return to this property for sure! Clean and very comfortable. Beautiful views.

VALUE WAY BEYOND WHAT PICTURES SHOW!!!!

My family, Including Grandkids stayed at David's home from 8/1-8/8. We have been to some very nice vacation homes in various states and this one RANKS AS ONE OF THE BEST! The home was very comfortable and clean. The amenities we got were way beyond what we could have imagined. The views from the house and from the outdoor swings were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! David and Jerry were very kind and gracious people to communicate with. The Beach was super clean and water had nice Sandy Bottom:}. The Outdoor Shower was a Awesome Plus w Grandkids. Our family again Thanks David and Jerry for a Trip we will never forget!!! God Bless, The Yencer -Nelson Family

Best family rental I've been in!

I rent houses yearly in different places. This is by far my favorite to date. If you're going with kids, this house is 100% ideal. There are 2 rooms with bunk beds, a crib & a toddler bed! They also have a ton of toys. The kitchen is fully stocked with your cooking needs. The beach is fabulous. With a fenced in yard, who could ask for more?
