Great alternative to week in a hotel

Visiting Spokane for a conference. This property was perfect. It gave me an opportunity to feel at home while I was away for work. Would absolutely stay here again.

Convenient, clean and quaint!

Great apartment with all the amenities. As a single female I felt super safe with the codes to the main door, elevator and the actual room. Within walking distance to downtown restaurants, markets, coffee and parks. Will stay here again. Thanks!

Everything you need

Property and room are fantastic. Parking is a different story… 8am to 7pm it is paid parking Monday to Saturday and free on Sunday with a 2 hour maximum during the paid times. I messaged the property manager prior to my stay and never received a response. Overall a great property minus the parking

Location can’t be beat. We usually stay at the Grand next door but this is a better accommodation at a lower cost while still providing the convenience of the location near everything in downtown. We walked to our event at the convention center, sushi.com for dinner, O’doherty’s for drinks with friends, through the mall a couple blocks down, all of it so easy. The apartment itself was cleaner than anywhere we’ve stayed. I was super impressed. The only thing I would change is that we needed the pull out couch for our teen and could have used one more bed pillow. Minor issue, he had a pillow, would have preferred two. We will stay here from now on while we are in Spokane.

Great apartment for remote work

Had all amenities needed for a remote work trip. Small apartment with a nice size bathroom. Did not feel cramped. Would stay again.

The location is great. We took our 2 children to Riverfront Park almost every day. Easy check in/check out process. Comfortable beds and amenities.The only complaint I have is with cleanliness upon arrival. The floor was FILTHY- and I mean my feet were black after walking barefoot from the shower to the room. I highly recommend putting a broom in the room for guest use. The carpet was really dirty as well. The bedding (in the bag for the sleeper) had tons of hair in it, unfortunately. We'd stay here again if the apartment was better cleaned before use. I give it 4 out of 5 stars overall.

Intimate stay in the city

Conveniently located in the center of the Riverpark area of Spokane, we enjoyed our stay in this clean , comfortable, and safe feeling apartment. Although the apartment is small it is fully equipped with whatever you would need for a short stay. Management is present on property to answer any questions or assist. I would highly recommend this property
