Perfect for small groups or families. Only 2 blocks from the OKC Fairgrounds, and minutes to other popular districts such as Bricktown, the Plaza, Paseo, OCU and the Zoo. You will feel welcome and relaxed from the moment you step inside this completely remodeled 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home. Great highway access to get anywhere in minutes. You can’t beat the proximity to the Fairgrounds. Long 56 foot driveway to accommodate your truck/trailer.

This 1300 square foot house was remodeled top to bottom including brand new bathrooms. Comfortably sleeps 6 guests with room for 2 more if needed. Lots of natural light throughout the home.

This home is truly centrally located for taking in all of what OKC has to offer. The highway is close by for a trip anywhere in town or all the great food and entertainment are just a short drive in all directions. Access to Doordash, Uber Eats and Postmates is readily available. Take an Uber and check out all the new breweries opened near downtown.

Located within 8 mintues of multiple districts including Plaza District, Paseo, Automobile Alley, Adventure District, Bricktown, Western Avenue, State Fairgrounds, Film Row, downtown and more.

Adventure District includes the amazing OKC zoo, Remington Park and Science Museum OK; all just a short drive away.

We were a group of 5 women and we found the house clean and comfortable. There was a glitch with the door code not working upon check in, but the property manager was able to resolve that from his location. We would stay here again. Close proximity to the fairgrounds was great for our stay.

The house was in a great location for us and we honestly would probably use it again. Had an issue with the cleanliness, after walking around on the floors we noticed the soles of our socks were very dirty. We are grateful for the rental and had great communication with the host.

Amazing Stay

It was really clean and super simple to check in and out. They have everything there that you would need and the house is very spacious. Me and my friends were able to each get our own bed and sleep comfortably.

Perfect for our family

We were in town for the state wrestling tournament at the fairgrounds. This house is super close and convenient to the fairgrounds. It was the perfect set up for our family.

Great house and hosts!

Troy and Angela were great! Very accommodating, even when we had to add an extra guest last minute. They kept in great communication and gave some wonderful suggestions for places to eat and things to do in the area. We all enjoyed the home. Comfortable, clean, and beautiful!

OKC Fairgrounds

Great location since we were attending the state tournament. We have stayed at several VRBO's and this had the best stocked kitchen for supplies. It was clean and nice and would recommend staying at especially if you are going to the state fair grounds. Great communication with the property owners very easy to work with and replied promptly.

We were in Oklahoma for the World AQHA show at the state fair grounds. This property was located essentially right beside the grounds which was perfect. The house was well stocked and very comfortable. I would gladly rent this property again!!

Watching State Basketball Tournament

Our son's high school basketball team was playing in the State Tournament which took place at the Fair Grounds. The house was only a few minutes away and was perfect for our stay.

Horse show at the fairgrounds

We had our team stay here during a horse show at the fairgrounds. Super hot time but the house was cool and refreshing. Clean. Close to fairgrounds.

Better than even expected

I couldn’t say enough about the accommodations. The property was by far the cleanest property I’ve stayed in to date. Great communication from the host. Convenient checkin and check out instructions. I will be booking this property if at all possible for all of my future OKC visits.

House

Troy and Angela were great host. They were very responsive when ever we had questions. They weren’t just a property owner, they were like people we had known for a long time. They gave us options and places to go see and places to go eat. I would recommend this place to anybody staying in the area. The house was very clean and stocked ready to go when we got there.

Mediocre stay

listed four bedrooms, but was misleading. It was three bedrooms plus an air mattress
.That would not hold air. The kitchen was not fully equipped for accommodating eight people and missed many kitchen necessities for cooking . Overall shabby and outdated furniture,, carpeting, etc..Was clean.

Very Satisfied

The house was very clean and we had a very good time. We went for the Affair of the Heart craft show and was only a few minutes away. Very easy to get to and close to everything with out going into the busy part of the city. Would rent it again if I ever go to Oklahoma City again.
