Historic Home - Minutes to Fair Grounds!

We have a two story layout with a bathroom on each floor. The master bedroom with luxurious King Size bed is upstairs along with the two twin size beds in the second bedroom. We are pleased to provide a family friendly home with plenty of books, toys, board games, and a favorited "Book Nook" under the staircase. Also on site are a pack n play, stroller, baby gate and booster seat to hopefully save you some space when packing!

You will enjoy two living areas downstairs. The sofa in the second living area/tv room folds out in to a full size sofa bed. Feel free to take advantage of our kitchen which is well stocked with all the dishes, appliances, and cookware you will need. After dinner, enjoy your evenings on the back patio and watch the kids play in the playhouse. This is our summer home every year so we have taken great care to provide a comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing space to relax during your stay in our wonderful city!

No pets, parties, or smoking on the premises.

Registered service animals that perform a service for their owner are welcome. We simply ask that you disclose that you're bringing a service animal after booking and keep them with you at all times.

The house has a Ring doorbell camera which only shows the front porch/yard for security purposes.

We can accommodate parking for up to 2 vehicles (1 in driveway and 1 in front of house). Please do not park in front of neighbor’s houses.

Self access with a personalized door code that will be provided before your arrival.

Michelle, our property manager, is very familiar with all that Oklahoma City has to offer and is happy to interact as much or as little as you would like.

Linwood is a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. It is common to see the neighbors walking dogs and riding bikes in the evenings.

Note: The driveway is quite steep. It can fit up to 3 cars, but 2 will be on an incline. 2 cars may park on the street in front of the house. Driving, Uber, or Lyft are the easiest ways to get around Oklahoma City, though there are Lime scooters in the downtown areas as well.

This house is on a one way street, so do be careful to remember this when backing out and leaving. Our driveway is quite steep so use care with low clearance vehicles

Please be aware of the following potential fees:
- A separate refundable security deposit may be required before check-in.
- There is an additional fee PER PET $35.
- We offer a 1-hour early and late checkout for an additional $20 fee.
- Smoking indoors will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.
- Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30.
- There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11.
- We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. 3 notifications over 80 decibels will result in a $50 fee and we may ask your group to leave the property.
- Date change requests are subject to a $30 fee along with the potential rate increase due to supply and demand for the date requested.
- The booking platform automatically calculates the price based on the number of guests and pets that you select. If you enter in the wrong number of guests/ pets, then there could be additional charges.

Please note: We may require a separate, refundable security deposit before check-in. If one applies to your stay, we'll send the amount and instructions after booking, and it's fully refunded after checkout as long as there's no damage or house-rule violation.
