Ocean House #1506 is a west corner gulf-front 3 bedroom 3 bath condominium located on the 5th floor in building I overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1300 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. There are 3 full baths with either a tub/shower combo or stand-alone shower. The gulf-side master bathroom is accessed via the bedroom and hallway. The street-side master has an en suite bathroom with garden tub and shower and the middle bedroom has an attached bathroom with stand-up shower. King, Queen, Queen, Queen. No sofa sleeper. Sleeps 8

Ocean House I and II are 9 story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Ocean House has a large seasonal zero-entry outdoor pool and small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. Minimum age required: 23

Parking passes are purchased on-site at Ocean House at guard house or office located in building I - CASH ONLY. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and cost is set by the association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

STAY AND PLAY

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

We always enjoy our trips to Ocean House! Easily accommodated our family. Loved the extra freezer space in the bedroom closet! So many positives..... the check in process, the clean room, the balcony view, the grilling area, the easy access to the beach with small kids with just steps to the sand! Thank you for sharing your condo with us! We will definitely be back!

We didn’t get our code until after the expected check in time. Once we got our code we went to the room expecting it was ready. Instead we found the cleaners still in the unit and one of their kids lying on the made bed!Floors were still dirty. We had to wear socks or shoes because our feet were getting black.The fridge did not work properly. We had to ask twice for maintenance to come. When you spend hundreds on groceries and then have to try and keep food cold in a cooler, it’s disappointing.The location was fine. The beach access and pool were good.

Great Accommodations

Our 3rd year staying at Ocean House properties. Was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We love the location right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants. I would definitely recommend.

Girls Trip #24!

We really enjoyed the spaciousness of the rooms and living area. The kitchen seems small when we were all in it! It could definitely use some updating but we had a great time and would stay there again.

Great vacation!

This is a great location, really close to everything. The condo was spacious and easy to find. The beach access was perfect for my aging family members with poor knees. Loved having a bathroom for each bedroom as well.

Great condo in the middle of Guif Shores. Pool and beach are always maintained well. This is our sixth stay since 2002!!
