This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo features all of the comforts of home, while being situated in a convenient and scenic area along the South Carolina coast. Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen, which comes standard with major appliances, cookware, and flatware, as well as a private Master Suite balcony with a lovely ocean view!

When it comes to living and lounging space, Fordham 201 has your group covered with spacious dining/living room area with sleeper sofa, featuring wood laminate flooring, television, and DVD player. Guests can also find televisions in each bedroom in the villa.

There’s plenty of room for your small to medium-sized group, as this condo includes 1 King bed, 1 Queen, and 2 Twins. For your convenience, this unit also features a washer and dryer for all of your laundry needs.

Overall, the property was very nice. the refrigerator is very old and we had issues with the ice maker and filtered water dispenser. The fridge had rust spots on the exterior, the dispenser button is very old and the water would not turn off after you moved your cup. We called the maintenance number and they came over to look at it and were planning to get a replacement refrigerator, but not during our stay. Additionally, the sofa is old and VERY worn out - it really should be replaced. Back cushions are drooping down significantly. It is not comfortable at all. Same for the outdoor seat cushions. Sat down on an outdoor chair and was surprised to feel the hard surface of the chair. Bed mattresses were acceptable. The kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed our weekend, even with those issues.

Beautiful condo! Everything about it was great! Ocean and pools,what could be better. Clean and bright! I absolutely loved the master bedroom! Im already planning on returning next summer!

Excellent property with the ocean view.

We will definitely be visiting again. This was our first vacation in more than a year and was definitely worth it. The property is right at the beach and very well maintained. Pawleys Island is definitely one of our new favorite!

Some good and some not so good

The location and view is great. The condo set up is good. Balcony is great. However the condo was not very clean upon arrival. Sand in the foyer in the chairs and floors. End tables were sticky. Carpet not clean. Went to run the vacuum and it was full of debris. Had not been cleaned out in some time. After emptying and running the vacuum it did not pick up very well. While the master bedroom was comfortable- the sheets only fit the mattress topper and kept coming off- needed king sheets with larger pockets to fit the entire mattress. The kitchen is as pretty well stocked but some items hesitant to use as they looked as if they were used frequently and not cleaned well- specifically the blender. Also note they have a drip coffee pot and a Keurig. I had asked before arrival so we knew what to buy and was advised drip coffee. Washer and dryer are large which is nice. We had a great time but not happy upon arrival. We did advise them of the status when we received a survey on Monday but never heard back from anyone. I found that surprising due to where we were and what we paid for a week.
