HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We absolutely loved this property. It was everything as portrayed! Very spacious for a family of 7. Ocean front with easy pool and beach access! The balcony had excellent seating and the furniture inside was very comfortable. We had front row seats to the 4th of July fireworks which was an added bonus.

Perfect condo

This condo was spacious, beachfront with panoramic views of the ocean, and had a huge balcony for sipping post-beach cocktails at night. The bathrooms, furniture, beds, and amenities were fantastic, and there was lots of space for our toddler to play. We will absolutely be coming back.

Incredible ocean views

We love the Litchfield community and this unit was a beauty. We enjoyed expansive views of the ocean from nearly every room. We were just steps from the beach, but the gorgeous wraparound porch made it hard to leave. It was a short stay for our family, but we would definitely choose this unit again for future visits.

Great place

Loved the condo, loved the location. Had to leave early due to hurricane. They turned off the elevators and my parents weren't able to navigate 4 flights of steps. Will be back sometime hopefully in nicer weather.

Need to include the Tesla EV charger that can be used. Found it to be very nice too. Pictures of one bedroom showed two beds actual was only one. We were ok but others may not be

There was a very long line at check-in with only one person working, but after getting checked in, everything was great. The only "complaint" I have is: there's no ice machine in the building or on the property (we asked). The kitchen freezer didn't make enough ice to fill up a cooler, so we had to go to Food Lion and buy bags of ice every couple of days. Otherwise, our stay was great. The room was large enough for all 7 of us, and having 3 bathrooms was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again! Property is very clean and spacious, and has just about everything you'd need to feel right at home.

Beautiful location

We stayed at 201 Cambridge building Everything was beautiful on the property beach etc. Gorgeous location and was not nearly as crowded as surrounding beachs. The room has a beautiful view however it is very dated. It needs to be updated. A Cabinet drawer in kitchen was missing it’s drawer, hot water was iffy at best in one guest bathroom and master showers. The master doors to the balcony / view are totally blocked with condensation You cant see out without opening them. Honestly i was disappointed. considering the money to stay w ocean view not to be able to see it from the window/door in master. Which i choose specifically to have. Otherwise we were fortunate for great weather and really enjoyed the trip!!

Changed rooms on us

The resort is beautiful. In the future I would probably book through Dieter Vacations or Dunes. This is the second time Litchfield by the sea has changed our confirmed property booking thru Vrbo/brittain. Last minute change and room not comparable to what we were expecting through Vrbo. I imagine by providing us a “comparable” meaning if you booked a three bedroom you receive a three bedroom is how Litchfield by the sea gets around lots of complaints. Received rooms keys 1/2 hour past check in time. Room In no way was comparable to what we booked. The reason for change was there was a maintenance issue. I have a open ticket as Vrbo refers to concerns with customer satisfaction. I’ve been home a week still haven’t heard from them.
