🛏️The Space:

Exquisite Oceanfront Condo in Litchfield by the Sea with 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 updated bathrooms. This condo offers beautiful panoramic ocean views from the covered sun porch. The stylish kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The living areas feature Mexican tile floors and stunning beadboard ceilings, providing a cool coastal flair. Set within the gated Litchfield by the Sea community, this condo offers access to many resort-style amenities, including a swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center, indoor pool and hot tub, scenic biking and jogging trails, and private beach access.
Other Things to Note:
Must be 21 years of age to rent. NO PETS or SMOKING IS ALLOWED. Rental comes with linens, towels and setup pack of paper towels and toiletries. Unit is individually owned and managed by Litchfield Vacation Rentals; we ask our guests to treat it as they would their own home.

We had a wonderful stay! This condo has all the comforts of a home away from home, a beautiful view of the ocean, it was very clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, the pool was clean, and all the resort staff were so nice. We look forward to staying here again someday.

The property was very clean and the location/proximity to the beach was amazing. The condo was very well stocked with all the kitchen tools/equipment you could ever need.

Out unit was exactly as pictured and our view was spectacular. We felt immediately at home and our friends did too. Everything we needed was provided. We plan to rent this unit every chance we get to go to the beach!

Amazing

This property was one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed at the coast. It was stocked with nice kitchen cookware, furniture was comfortable. I also appreciated how organized and clean the beach accessories were that was kindly provided. The beds are comfy! Everyone slept great and we enjoyed our time!

Beautiful oceanfront with wonderful views. Host thought of many things that made it feel more at home. Having 3 full bathrooms was a big plus and all the amenities were exceptional. Was a quiet peaceful and extremely safe place to spend a long weekend with our daughter son in law and almost 3 year old granddaughter. Couldn’t be more perfect. Looking forward to staying here again sometime in the future

Great space for a beach vacation! Nice large balcony to enjoy the sight & sounds of the ocean! The unit is updated and everything looks nice. Only my husband & I stayed there, but we love having the room to spread out(a big plus if one of us is snoring). The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. We golfed in the morning or walked the beach then sat on the balcony all afternoon. The only thing missing is our dogs, but we met a lot of them on the beach.
