This newly remodeled vacation home is located in SW Cape Coral, a quiet, peaceful neighborhood just down the street from Cape Harbour. The backyard is fenced creating a private area. This fully furnished and equipped 3 bedroom home features a screened and heated pool, gas grill, WIFI, smart TVs (70" in the living room) and air conditioning throughout the home. Also has two hide-a-beds for extra guests with kids.

Enjoy the marina at Cape Harbour just a short drive or nice walk (.8 miles) with waterfront dining & live music, shopping, fishing tournaments, boat rentals and sunset cruises. This home is a short distance to the lively downtown entertainment and shopping district, with exciting nightlife. Located only minutes from the Cape Coral Parkway bridge that will take you to Fort Myers Beach and beautiful Sanibel and Captiva islands.

Available for short weekend stays, weekly or monthly.

Great communication and splendid place to stay on the cape. They have all the little amenities (Bikes, Beach stuff, coolers) A real gem in Cape Coral.

Beautiful House and Great Location

The property was clean, well stocked and the host was very responsive. We felt the location was perfect if you want to see various beaches and cities. The heated pool was fantastic.

Amazing getaway vacation

First of Shiloh was fantastic as a host. The house was amazing so beautiful, clean and cozy, exactly as described. We had the best time at the pool. Also the location is perfect, close to the grocery store and also shopping centers. Definitely recommend staying here, great for family vacation, and we will love to stay here again soon.

ALL the beach things!

We absolutely loved our stay at Cozy palms. We were so happy with the pool area and all of the extras at the property for the beach! The beach cart was our favorite- it’s so hard to travel by plane with any of the things that make an all day beach trip a success with two littles. Having everything there to use made our trip so relaxing and made the beach much more enjoyable! We can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful Vacation!!

The property was very clean with a convenient location. Plenty of pool toys for our granddaughter to enjoy, with a beautiful screened in patio surrounding the pool. The owners were very easy to communicate with and they we’re very prompt and polite when answering any questions. We would highly recommend this property!

This house was in a great neighborhood and perfect location for easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. Host was easy to communicate with and prompt with responses. The house had everything that was needed for our stay. We really enjoyed all of the stuff that was provided to us at the beach.

Wonderful stay

Please do not hesitate with booking this property. From check in to check out everything was exceptional. Home is beautiful and well kept, with EVERYTHING you will need. Location is perfect, and cleanliness was exceptional. I can go on and on and on. 5 stars for me. Wish I could give it 6, because the owner is awesome in making sure your stay goes well. We truly had no complaints.

An Unforgettable Beach Getaway

Our stay at Cozy Palms was perfect. From the moment we stepped into this coastal property, we were captivated by its charm and impeccable attention to detail. The property's location is unbeatable, the interior of the home was beautifully decorated, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bedrooms were comfortable and provided the perfect sanctuary for restful nights. We loved spending lazy nights enjoying the pool. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring our stay was exceptional. We can't wait to return to this slice of paradise and create more unforgettable memories!

Perfect - no surprises

To sum it up …. Just perfect ! The house was exactly as shown and in fact better than the pictures . The rooms are all amazing sizes and the place is very well laid out ( it’s a home I would live in permanently) . The pool was amazing and the concrete enclosed patio in the back was spectacular! Home was clean and the host ,was amazing . He made sure everything was good and let us be on our vacation . As well the neighborhood was great and safe with all the neighbours being friendly and not once made us feel like strangers. Definitely we made the right choice picking this spot .

Perfect home for a Cape Coral stay

Our month long stay was greatly altered because of the coronavirus. However, if we had to stay in, this was a perfect place to be. The home is in a lovely neighborhood. It is very nicely decorated, immaculately clean, and so well appointed. It had all the kitchen amenities we needed ( and, because of the “stay at home” order, we cooked all our meals). The beds were very comfortable with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. And the pool and lanai! This is where we spent most of our time! Beautiful, private, the sounds of birds and butterfly watching. Evelyn is the sweetest! We hope to return. Definitely 5 stars or more in every category!

Fantastic Florida Find

The house was exactly what we were looking for in so many ways! First, the pool was our family favorite. Each night we swam and played basketball or “sharks and minnows.” Second, the location was perfect. It was an easy drive to Sanibel Island, The Everglades, and much more! Third, the house was clean and Shiloh thought of anything we may need. Thank you Shiloh for your wonderful suggestions and for your quick response with questions!
