Great house! The pool was nice and warm, the fishing poles and kayaks were an added bonus for the canal. We would stay here again if we visit Cape Coral. No complaints!

We had a great stay! Comfortable beds great pool and all the things you could need. My only suggestion is to leave some more towels we had to wash/dry towels daily.

On the canal!

Great location! Has a beautiful pool and right on the canal. We saw some interesting birds and other wildlife that I don’t think we would’ve seen had we not been on the canal. No problems at all hope to come back next February.

Overall this was a great stay, furniture was a little dated. But for the most part it was clean and the perfect thanksgiving stay!!! Thanks will consider booking again in the near future for sure

Lovely spot on the canal

This place was very clean and such a great spot to enjoy the outside with a pool and canal. The management group was so easy to deal with and great communication. Great proximity to Publix and other necessities. Also close enough to River area in Fort Meyers for a night out. Overall - amazing time and great value.

The first trouble we had was handled quickly. We are not electricians so when an outlet had to be reset, we didn’t press the reset hard enough. The second trouble was we locked ourselves out because the front screen door got locked. I’m sure the host thinks we are idiots and perhaps we are but we didn’t hear from the host for 5 hours. Lastly the pool’s pump broke on our last day. We had 2 days of possible swimming during our week due to weather. First day and last day.

Hello dear guest. We are very sorry that you experienced all these problems. We know that the broken pool pump can cause a lot of inconvenience for our guests. We tried to repair the pool pump as quickly as we could, but unfortunately, some things are beyond our control. The screen door on the porch does not have a lock and cannot be locked. I'm not sure what could have happened in that case. Once again, thank you very much for leaving your feedback; it has been very helpful in correcting several things and preventing something like this from happening again in the future.
