Your feedback however has been taken into account. We do hope we can welcome you again soon for a much better vacation experience we know we can provide. Regards Benchmark Management

We will make sure the kitchen inventory is reviewed and restocked as needed to better accommodate future guests. Leslie, we are saddened to hear you were not pleased with your recent stay with us at Benchmark Management. It is never out intention to disappoint our guest and are very sorry to hear that was the case for you. Our records do not show any reports of maintenance/ cleaning issues while on your stay. We will however pass you comment along to the proper department for review to insure these are not active issues in the home. Regarding the wristbands, ahead of any arrivals, an inspector stops by the property to ensure everything is set for incoming guest. They are required to take pictures of any passes, amenity cards. or wristbands that may be required for the home. 6 wristbands where present when you arrived, but when you departed, they were not located at the property. These wristbands are provided by the HOA, and if misplaced they must be replaced by guest. We can confirm that as of November 6th you have contact us and have located one of the wristbands. If after speaking to the rest of your group you can locate the rest, we will be glad to refund you missing wristband charge. We hope you can consider a future stay with us at Benchmark Management, we would love the opportunity to provide you with the 5-star stay we strive for here at Benchmark Management. Sincerely, Benchmark Management.
