We are Airbnb Superhosts and have been on the platform since 2016.
This is a Comfortable & Spacious beautifully furnished home! 4 large bedrooms, and 3 large bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. This is a 2200 sq ft of a home away from home with in unit laundry.

The home is a few blocks from Humboldt Park! Blocks to the train and other nearby transportation. Easy to get a Lyft/Uber from the unit. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes and bars!

Street parking only but there is No permit or parking pass needed.

Very nice stay. Clean and comfortable. Great kitchen space. We had minor issues with drafts in the back bedroom, but nothing unexpected from an older building. Front gate tends to stick at times. Would stay again anytime.

Spacious and clean

My family and I enjoyed our time in this incredibly spacious and clean second floor rental. Our host was very accommodating and quickly responded to minor issues that arose during our stay.

Charming, convenient and clean

This property is very well maintained and located in a quiet neighborhood. Parking was free on the street and we had no problems finding a space nearby. Location is 20 minutes from downtown.

Chicago family trip

The location was great and the property was easy to access. It was clean when we arrived and was in good condition. We used Uber around town (about $20 to get to downtown) so parking wasn’t an issue but it seemed there was street parking within a block.

Great space and kind property management

We really enjoyed this space while in Chicago for a long weekend. It was a perfect set up for a couple family Groups - a couple, singles and kids. Having 3 full bathrooms was a big plus, and we loved being able to gather in the spacious combined kitchen and sitting area to make dinner after exploring the city. The neighborhood was amazing with cool vintage shops and restaurants, and near the park which provided a great place for morning jogs. The home was an easy walk to the grocery store, busses and the L. We were also very happy with the quick communication and flexibility provided by the property manager, Diana.

Beware of Parking

The property had plenty of room, but the parking was an issue. Several times I had to drive around to find a place and since I had a larger SUV some spots were to small to get in. There is a school across the street I park in front of in the late afternoons sometimes, but I had to get up early the next day to move.

Great apartment with lots of space and loads of charaxter

Apartment was great - clean and exactly as described. Getting to downtown requires bus, walking and subway, but is convenient. Neighborhood is diverse and has loads of personality. I would definitely stay here again.

Great rental!

This place was very spacious and clean. The open concept was perfect for my friends and I and we didn’t feel on top of each other at all. Easy parking and check in/check out process!

Short Chicago visit

My family and I assumed that this VRBO was a house and when we arrived it was a second floor apartment. It was very nice. But the third floor person was very loud walking and sounding like he was moving furniture. Overall, though, it was a nice stay and visit for a short weekend. And good times spent with family.
