This one-of-a-kind condo in Bucktown is ready to host! The property features a hidden staircase leading down to the in-law suite on the bottom floor! The main floor has all that you could need with a beautiful full kitchen and relaxing living room, but for when you need a bit of extra space, step downstairs into the studio-style space with a kitchenette, work station, and sleeping/living area. The blue line train stop is a 7 min walk and Ohare and Midway Aiports are a 30 minute Uber ride away.

Experience Chicago like a local in this 3-bedroom house. This wonderful property offers excellent accommodation with 3 queen beds, ensuring a comfortable stay for guests. The house features a cozy living room with an awesome sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. With amenities like an iron, washing machine, heating, WiFi, AC, and a hair dryer, everything you need is at your fingertips. My place is great for families, business travelers, groups, or couples! With comfortable and stylish furnishings I want you to feel this is your home away from home!

I provide the following amenities to all my guests.

- My cleaners are professionally trained and follow a tightly regimented cleaning and sanitizing checklist. They are equipped with a full complement of professional cleaning tools and chemicals including a hospital-grade disinfectant.
- Fresh towels and linens
- Wireless internet is always available
- TV with streaming options
- Kitchen appliances including a microwave, coffee pot with a reusable filter, tea kettle, and toaster
- I provide a keurig and coffee maker
- My place is FULLY STOCKED with all the amenities of home like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, sponges, hand soap and dish soap.
-The full sized kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, glasses, cutlery, sharp knives, cutting boards, baking sheets and all the basic tools like wine openers, cheese graters, vegetable peelers, pizza cutters, etc.

Great setup for families traveling together - the separate suite downstairs behind the hidden bookcase is great since it has a kitchenette. Kitchen is well stocked, house was warm (on record low days in Chicago) - overall a great experience!

The location was good, within walking distance to shops and restaurants, close to the blue line. The beds were comfortable and there were enough towels and amenities.Overall, we would have rated this place a 5 - it was comfortable for 6 or 7 adults to stay. We did have issues with the keypad on the entry door. Once we recharged the keypad it functioned ok but the emergency contact didn't respond immediately so we were left in the cold for a bit. We ended up getting a code to a lockbox with a key. It would have been helpful to have that to start out.

The property is very nicely done and thoughtfully furnished. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and very functional. The two stories make it easy to spread out. The main level has two small bedrooms (the queen beds 'just fit') and the secondary lower level has a queen bed and ample space. The second kitchenette is a nice touch. Our family had a really great time here, teens/young adults used the CTA Blue Line Damen stop which was about a 10 minute walk and they could get straight to downtown quickly for Lollapalooza My husband and I and our younger teen explored the city... finding the best pizza, soaking in Cubs games, and taking the Chicago River Architecture tour (highly recommend!) The location can't be beat. Bucktown is an amazing area to stay in for the Chicago neighborhood experience. Thanks for your accommodations ... it made our trip to visit our former home city a nostalgic experience with brand new wonderful memories made.

Stayed here with another couple. We found the VRBO to be very spacious and had everything we needed. Can't beat the location, close to bars, coffee shops, and the Blue line.

Just what we needed

This house was in a really convenient location - relatively close to the airport and within walking distance of downtown Bucktown. The home was very clean, the beds were really comfortable (not always the case in vacation rentals!), the communication was thorough and quick. It was perfect for me and my 3 friends!

Great Location!

Walkable to the el and all fun things in Bucktown this was the perfect location for a weekend playing tourist in Chicago! The 3rd bedroom is through a “hidden door” to the basement that adults and kids alike found to be pretty neat. The house had all the basics linen, dishes, soap even paper towels and toilet paper. Not sure if we just got lucky or they are always that great at hosting :) There was a lot of clear communication for check in and check out which I always appreciate!
