Great for commuting around the Bay Area. All three floors have individual temperature settings. Two car garage, free Wifi (600mbps plan), spacious work space, and washer/dryer available. Relax in this luxury home full of amenities.

TWO vehicle maximum for the reservation. Two vehicles must fit in the standard size two car garage. If you have more than two vehicles or the vehicle does not fit in the garage, street parking in the community is limited to 48 hours per week. Permits must be signed up via website (given in check-in message). Please do not block neighbor's driveway.
First floor contains kitchen, dining area, half bathroom and living room. Second floor contains Master bedroom + en suite bathroom + private balcony, two bedrooms, full bathroom, and laundry room. Third floor contains work space, private bedroom, and full bathroom. All floors have their own personal temperature settings!
No Pets. No Parties/Events. NO EXTRA GUESTS besides number booked for allowed on property without approval. Quiet hours after 10pm. Strictly enforced. No refunds will be given if house rules are not followed. Please be aware there are outdoor cameras.
