Sailfish Gulf Suites is a Gulf front, Old Florida style ground level
accommodation which guarantees your most memorable beach vacation!

Sailfish Gulf Suites is comprised of 4 separate suites. Suite 2 has
direct views of the Gulf of Mexico and is just a few steps to the
beach.

It features 1 bedroom with king size bed, a sleeper sofa with
a queen bed, and 1 tub/shower and is approximately 700 square feet.
This suite accommodates up to 4 persons.

Immediately through your sliding glass door, there is a large, shared
patio area with tables, chairs, umbrellas, and a gas/charcoal grills.
From there, you can enjoy wonderful island breezes, views of the
dunes, and the beautiful turquoise water. Enjoy your morning
coffee on the patio while the dolphins swim along the shoreline or
enjoy a glass of wine while watching the most amazing sunsets. There
are outdoor showers on either side of the complex for rinsing off your
sandy feet and a shared laundry room on site.

A host of amenities are just a short walk away including shopping,
restaurants, and a full service grocery store. The nearby Manatee
Public beach offers a lifeguard tower, onsite concessions, showers,
playground, and volleyball courts. Hop on the free Anna Maria
Trolley to explore the island on your own.

Sailfish Gulf Suites has the perfect vintage feel of an Old Florida
retreat with all the modern amenities. Stay with us and make

Wonderful Stay

We had a great stay at the Sailfish Suites! Owners were very accommodating and helpful. We split our stay between the gulf front and garden suites. We appreciated the amenities to include Keurig, stocked kitchen, charcoal grill and beach chairs/umbrellas. Enjoyed local food and grilling seafood from Capt Anthony’s.

Peaceful and Relaxing with a Great View !!

Sailfish is a wonderful retreat spot. We enjoy the views and walks on the beach. Sunsets are fabulous from this little patch of paradise. The unit has just enough comforts of home to be cozy and comfortable. We are happy to have made this an annual destination.

Steps away from the sea.

Beachfront peaceful property. Ideal for a quick dip in the sea, then head back for breakfast. Outside shower to remove sand is a thoughtful item. Inside has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We stayed for 2 weeks of rest and relaxation following a tour of National Parks and cities. We found it special to watch the dolphins on several occasions. The many sea birds were also captivating to watch. We enjoyed our stay- Thank you.

Best Place to Stay!

We have now stayed in this suite for two times, two weeks each stay. We love the location on the island, love the beachfront view, and love that it's small with only 4 suites, and usually only adults only as neighbors. The suite is modern and clean. We will be back on our next trip!

Simply Wonderful

We stayed for two weeks at Suite 2 and were delighted from the moment we arrived. The accommodation is light and airy, with unparalleled views of the beach and Gulf. The cottage contains everything you need for a great stay – plenty of utensils, and a generous welcome pack to get you started (even when arriving late in the evening, as we did). There are all the loungers and beach chairs you could want, plus ample shade if the sun becomes too much. In short, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Picture Perfect Getaway

This sweet little beachfront cottage couldn't have been more perfect for the two of us! Wonderful location, quiet neighborhood, sparkling clean, amazing sunsets, comfy beds, fabulous decor, communicative and responsive host, direct gulf front views that make you wish this home was your own. Seriously, does it get any better than this? As we pulled out of the driveway on check-out day, we were checking out the availability calendar for a future visit! That says it all.

Loved loved Sailfish… Tammi property manager was wonderful and helpful , especially helping navigate TV setup… at 71 I’m just lost when it comes to these TECH things … def will come back … only thing I fall asleep to TV and none in bedroom…other than that if u want to be on the beach 🏖️ this is where u want to be💟PS gas grill could use some cleaning … thx again Tammi

Perfect Island Retreat

Me and my partner have been to Anna Maria Island quite a few times with family but needed a place for us this time as we got married! This place looked lovely online, with a great location straight out onto the beach. Check in and check out was easy and well communicated, Tamie made sure we knew how to contact her. You get left a helpful folder with ‘how to’ for certain things in the accommodation, clear guide to where everything was and also a lovely email prior to check in with recommended places to go! It did not disappoint! We loved it here, it was clean, well equipped with essentials, both in the kitchen and bathroom. Lots of spare towels, flannels, cooking utensils and a kettle for us Brit’s! We especially loved being right on the beach going out during the day and never missing a sunset. We found the spare beach towels, beach chairs and the outside shower (for cleaning off our feet or washing off the sea water after a swim) very useful!! An absolutely essential for that location to stop sand going into the property. Also the tables outside on the patio provided us with a lovely evening or lunchtime seating area that we had to ourselves each time. Helped that we had the unit out front as we just stepped out the patio doors! We would definitely stay here again, no complaints from us! Thank you so much Tamie - we’ll be back!

A unique gem in paradise!

Holmes Beach is literally right out the front door of this lovely spot. The view of the beach and sunset is totally open yet there are tall Australian Pines and Cabbage Palms that flank the property that provide shady areas for sitting or eating lunch outside throughout the day. The interior is tastefully decorated and all the amenities you need for a laid back beach vacation are provided including a gas and charcoal grill. The artwork consists of 1930’s vintage Florida scenic postcards that have been blown up to poster size that really add to the relaxed feel of the place. We could not have asked for a better spot to stay on Anna Marie island. Five stars all around!

Sailfish #2

My husband and I spent a week at Sailfish for our anniversary. We really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach! Additionally, the lounge chairs/patio furniture were nice options when we wanted to be closer to the unit but still see the beach! The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Communication was super easy. We had a couple questions while we were there, and Emilio responded to our emails promptly and thoroughly. Overall, an excellent stay. Hopefully, we will be able to visit again in the future!
