This is our 6th year coming to the cottage. Feels like home and the walk to the beach is perfect! Cannot wait to come back!!! Very convenient to stores and other beaches.

There is a new double wide staircase blocking your beach view. Could have put in a single wide staircase straight down & kept the beach view. Tenants balcony above your porch doesn't have solid floor. All dirt & rain comes thru floor & onto you. Apartment clean. Beautiful beach.

Pelican Perch was the kind of beach bungalow I was looking for…steps from the beach, yet close to shopping and restaurants, well stocked with updated appliances, decor was beachy, property managers were courteous and responsible to my needs, bedding was comfy! I did not have a car but the free trolley was convenient and reliable! I will definitely be back

Perfect little cottage on the beach!

Very clean, well stocked, and convenient cottage with a very short walk to the beach! Loved the separate a/c units and location too! Very nice and helpful owners!

GREAT PLACE, GREAT STAY!!

The property was so lovely and RIGHT ON THE BEACH, with our own private little path. It was so awesome, and the property manager, Raquel, was amazing! She was so helpful and super nice. I would definitely stay again!

We love the cottage; especially the location on Holmes Beach. Not real big or “fancy” but it is super clean, great property managers, everything you need plus the great location.

Guests are encouraged to contact the property managers who live nearby on the island if they discover any issues during their stay. Issues will be addressed immediately. Ice maker is not advertised on listing and ice trays are provided. Leaving exterior doors open will cause the AC to have difficulty keeping up and allow live palmetto bugs inside the property. Milk jug claim is unlikely since the table was moved to vacuum the rug and the previous guests left the unit in excellent condition.

our only bad experience was the bathroom, no grab bars in the bathtub as we were elderly people in our 80s. It was hard getting in the tub. Also, the sink was very slow. We told Dan about it and he was going to have somebody come and fix it but nobody ever showed. The view and the beach were absolutely wonderful.
