Ce chalet est situé "sur la plage" 3007 Avenue F, belle plage de Holmes. C'est l'unité du rez-de-chaussée (1 sur 2). Le chalet est trÚs confortable et peut accueillir 4 personnes confortablement avec un espace supplémentaire pour un lit gigogne. Ce chalet pittoresque est caché dans une rue sans issue, loin de tout, mais à proximité des commerces et des restaurants.

Il a une douche / baignoire complĂšte, une cuisine avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin et une laveuse / sĂ©cheuse. C'est trĂšs pittoresque et les jardins ont de belles plantes exotiques et tropicales. Vous n'ĂȘtes qu'Ă  quelques pas de la plage qui possĂšde les plus belles plages d'eau bleue et de sable.

Il y a un chariot qui ramasse toute la journĂ©e et le soir Ă  un pĂątĂ© de maisons. L'unitĂ© est situĂ©e entre la plage de Cortez et l'Ăźle Anna Maria oĂč il y a des zones commerçantes, le Ringling Brother's Museum et de nombreux restaurants.

Venez nous rejoindre Ă  Holmes Beach pour le plus beau coucher de soleil que la Floride a Ă  offrir!

Ce sont des unitĂ©s plus anciennes (construites dans les annĂ©es 50) et nous mettons continuellement Ă  jour les unitĂ©s mais c'est la plage et peut ĂȘtre trĂšs humide. Nous avons des domestiques qui viennent au dĂ©but et Ă  la fin de chaque invitĂ© pour nettoyer et changer les draps.

Impossible de battre la vue sur l'océan et les couchers de soleil ....

The property was so lovely and RIGHT ON THE BEACH, with our own private little path. It was so awesome, and the property manager, Raquel, was amazing! She was so helpful and super nice. I would definitely stay again!

Always Perfect

This is has been our 3rd year staying at this location which is simply perfect. A very short walk to the beach which is a plus. Everyone is so nice. Can’t wait to come back!

A bit retro, immaculately clean, and about a 50 ft walk to the beach. Met by the property mgr as we arrived, gave us the tour of the place and shared info about the island. We planning to return for another stay.

Beautiful view of the sea

Such a lovely location, right on the beach. Easy to get to the trolley stop or shops that were walkable distance from the unit. Loved seeing the sun set over the sea every evening and wake up and walk along the beach in the early mornings. Owner is very responsive, accommodating and helpful. Just a wonderful overall stay and would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our time at this cute place. We had all we needed to make our time enjoyable. Was a few steps to the beach. Most everything was in walking distance. The trolley was close by. We love the area. I would recommend.

Beautiful space

We absolutely loved the location of this place with nice little outside areas to relax or head right down to the beach!! Overall, the place was neat & tidy and while I'm not one to complain, the only real issue I had was the tile floor in entry could definitely use a scrubbing. We absolutely will be visiting again as the place pretty much met all of our requirements.

Beach Bungalow Beauty

Due to uncontrollable circumstances we arrived quite a bit before check-in but Raquel was very accommodating so we left our bags and explored the island. The ground floor unit is exactly as advertised. This is an older cottage that has a charming, beachy feel. The updated beach chairs and outdoor furniture are a nice touch. If what you are looking for is a secluded spot with perfect beach access this is the place for you

Great stay !

Great communication and direction to the property. It's an older place. Which was no problem for us. The price was right for an on the beach rental. After all, we spent more time on the beach than in the rental. The beach isn't overcrowded at their location either. We have a camp, so living in less than perfect conditions was not a problem. We'd stay there again !

Beachgoers from childhood

My mom and I stayed here in August - yes it was hot, but everything was fantastic! The location is PERFECT - quiet, secluded and immediate access to the most beautiful beach I know of. I truly enjoyed my own bedroom, as I normally use a couch pull out. The AC worked beautifully, everything you could ever want was stocked in the kitchen and it was a very comfortable condo. Thanks for a fantastic vacation!

Beautiful Beach Experience

The rental was a bungalow style.. The bunk beds were very creaky and definitely not for adults. Shower needs updated. Wi-Fi was great. Coffee on the beach was only a few steps away!

Nice little cottage for two. Friendly owner, clean and well supplied with everything you need. Our only negative is the kitchen floor. They need to replace it. Will stay again next year if they update the floor.

Fabulous Week!

Spent a week at this property and did not want to leave. All was as described in the listing. The cottage has everything you need from the full kitchen to plenty of towels for the beach. The location is amazing and we enjoyed being steps from the beach as well as being able to walk to local restaurants. Enjoyed meeting our upstairs neighbors and spending time with them on the beach. Will absolutely book again. Thank you to our hosts!

Tropical vacation

This was a great location. Loved the beach! A couple of concerns. Bed in 2nd bedroom the mattress squeaked terribly. Couldn’t get Tv to work and electric in. Bath socket didn’t work. We loved the place though and hope to return.

We prepaid for this property

But considering the hurricane damage, I tried calling the owner 3 times in two days to find out if it was damaged from the hurricane, left messages, and NO reply. So we drove 9 hours to go there and it was totally damaged place. I had to contact VRBO on this issue, since I took pictures of the place, showing the damage, I got a total refund. Good luck fixing your place...

A piece of paradise

Words cannot describe how pleasant a vacation this was. Sandy made us feel welcome from the minute we walked in with our hand-written welcome note to the vast amenities this condo has to offer. I always pack pans, bowls, cooking utensils, etc because you never know. Sandy had it all, right down to a blender and an iron skillet. The 2 second walk to the beach gave you the feeling that it was your own beach and you had seclusion from the rest of the world. We cannot wait to go back! What a great find!

Tropical Paradis

The cottage needed upgrade in the bathroom area, tiles in shower area cracked/broken, molding around the bathroom exit door to outside had rott all along the floor area, in the bedroom the headboard on master bed appeared to be not attached to bed had to place a pillow between bed and wall to prevent it from knocking on the wall when sleeping, kitchen chairs had dried up food on the cushions that I actually had to wash off.. Needs up keep and TLC that would improve this rental.

Every thing was OK until we got neighbors.They bring a noise dog and some body was running all time in the property.We left the property before our check out date.

We chose to buy this unit due to the fact it was located directly on the beach and it was a small condo unit of 2. It was also a short distance from where we live and allowed us to get out of the city and relax. Holmes Beach is absolutely beautiful all year round.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We love relaxing on the beach and watching the evening sunsets. Mornings are usually filled with walks on the beach and collecting shells. We also love taking the trolley to Anna Maria island for dinner and shopping.
