This was a wonderful place to stay in Paris on the 11th arrondissement very quiet and the king-size bed was super comfortable. It suited the three of us perfectly two in the king-size bed and one on the sofa. It was very convenient to everything including the Republic and Canal Saint Martin We would highly recommend.

The apartment is a great size with enough extra pillows and blankets for small to medium sized groups. The amenities are great, we were able to find everything we needed and it was clean. The 11th is a great location, out of the touristy areas a bit, quiet, and filled with great food but still close to multiple metro stops and sightseeing locations. Overall, we had a fabulous trip and the apartment was a perfect choice!

The location is great, with plenty of metro and bus stops nearby, giving you lots of choice when getting around.There were three of us staying in the apartment. My son slept on the sofa bed, which he found very comfortable. The only downside was that there is only one curtain panel on the window, so quite a lot of light comes in from very early in the morning. The master bedroom, however, has blackout curtains, and the mattress is incredibly comfortable.The shower has a slight step to get into, so if you have mobility problems, this is something to be mindful of. I have mobility problems myself, but I was able to get in and out with the help of my husband. To be fair, we booked the apartment a year ago, before my mobility disorder started, so this wasn't something we had anticipated when booking.The apartment is in a very safe, gated area, with lovely neighbours who greeted us every morning and afternoon, which made us feel very welcome. Just be aware that the apartment is on the second floor and there are stairs to access it.Overall, we had a great time and really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was spacious for the four of us and has large closets to put away luggage. Clean and minimal. Comfortable beds and sheets. Minor improvement would be to have extra towels available and laundry detergent. These didn't take away from the overall experience. Would stay here again as it provided great security and was close to everything. The 11th is a great neighborhood.

The apartment was in the absolute perfect location and the host was amazing! Chady was a great host. He was so easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect place

This was a perfect apartment. It was around local hotspots but was also very close to every touristy spot you can think of. If I came back to Paris 10 times I would book here every time. The host was very nice and considerate, he gave us all the space we needed but also was there whenever we needed him. 10/10

The host only speaks French but with sms on what’s app, communication isn’t that big of a problem. Five stars for the host who replied immediately to questions or issuesBe warned. There is no elevator, 39 somewhat steep steps to the second floor landing. Not a problem if you’re in good shape. The neighborhood is definitely not tourist Paris and a tad sketchy but we had absolutely no problems. Metro line 3 station Parmentier is a 5 minute walk. Also 5 minutes to canal Saint Martin and 10 minute walk to Place de la Republic. There is also a nearby neighborhood Franprix for groceries and an excellent boulangerie. The room was clean but old. Washing machine was excellent. Excellent place for folks on a budget and in good shape.

Very quiet local neighborhood. Very close to metro. Access to main street nearby. Very secure access to apt. Remi was very responsive to questions/issues. Chandelier in main room had only 4 of 30 lights working and he brought over a new light to offset. Be aware two floor walk up in sometimes dimly lit spiral staircase. If any mobility issues you would have difficulties. Overall worked out well. And the king sized bed was very comfortable

Nice place!

The apartment was very nice & clean. Some minor changes from the pictures online (new curtains/chair etc, but nothing majorly different). Hosts were very nice! Remi & Hana texted us to set up time to get keys & instructions. Bit of a language barrier (English/French) but still smooth experience overall. The apartment is down a small gated side street that made it feel more secure than just on the main street that feels a tiny bit sketchier. Within walking distance of plenty of food/dessert options and easy bus/train rides to all the major tourist spots. It was great overall!

Would not stay in the middle of summer again

Unfortunately, I didn't realize the apartment does not have A/C until too late to cancel. So, my fault in that. It was a bit miserable for a couple of nights June 25-27 during a heat wave. There was one small-ish fan that we ran non-stop. It probably was fine the week after. No frills, the living room rug could use replacement, but the bed was comfortable. The kitchen amenities were limited, but we didn't really use them much. The bathroom space is pretty small and tight.The location was about a 10 minute walk to several different subway lines. It was about 30-40 minutes to get to any major sites.Communication in advance with Remi was really great - 5 stars on communication.

L’appartement était idéal pour nous. Il est très bien situé, près du métro et dans un environnement calme. Nous avons senti une préoccupation du locateur pour le confort de ses invités. L’appartement est propre et confortable et tout le nécessaire est disponible en bonne quantité. Nous recommandons cet hébergement sans aucune hésitation et nous y retournerons certainement, s’il est disponible, lors d’une prochaine visite à Paris.

L’appartement est situé dans un quartier vivant. Beaucoup d’options de restos délicieux à distance de marche. Les communications ont été facile et nous avons pu déposer nos bagages avant d’avoir les clés, ca que nous avons grandement apprécié! Le nettoyage de la salle de bain et du tapis n’était pas parfait, mais en général c’était correct. Le lit était confortable, cependant le divan lit n’était pas suffisamment grand pour 2 enfants. Nous avons adoré notre séjour!
