Great location, easy access to all the things to do. Katie was very quick to respond to any of my questions. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Only downfall was the parking situation sometimes got a little challenging. We just communicating with the renters upstairs and things worked out fine!

Adorable apartment within walking distance of the zoo, hospital, and eateries! Easy on-street parking out front and inviting front porch.

This property was in the perfect location for where I needed to be. Great walkability to many things and the house itself was really well kept.

This is a clean, as pictured first floor apartment. It is located across from hospital which had construction going on, but there was no issue. The only funny thing was that there was only 1 coffee mug!

Thanks for staying Karen! Sometimes when guests rent the entire home, they take dishes from one kitchen and move them to the other. Had you let me know, I would've been happy to come sort that out for you. Anyway, the cleaning staff has rectified the mug situation for future guests. Safe travels!

My experience with this host was terrible. I reached out multiple times on the day of check-in and did not receive a response until an hour after my check-in time. Because of this lack of communication, we were left waiting with no way to access the property and ultimately had to book a hotel at the last minute. It was stressful, expensive, and completely avoidable.A host should at least be reachable when guests are trying to check in. This was unprofessional and disappointing, and I would strongly recommend booking elsewhere.

Host was very accommodating in helping correct the dates reserved. She went above and beyond in securing reservation with VRBO customer service and contacted the cleaning for prompt service. A stressful trip made that much more comforting by our host.
