My wife and I stayed for four nights at this wonderful private property that adjoins and has full access to the Le Tahiti Pearl Beach Resort. Jacques, the host, was welcoming, helpful and a wonderful ambassador throughout our stay - ensuring our arrival, settling in, and access to grocery stores and the cruise port. We particularly enjoyed the properties black sand beach, beautiful pool, and Polynesian show night. Jacque’s welcome and orientation videos that he shared once we booked were also very helpful. We highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting the island.

The location is amazing. You are steps from a pool or the beach. Jacques, the owner met us at the property after our late flight got in and showed us around. The bed was comfortable and the place is really clean. However you are on an island so bring a portable fan if you run hot. There is ac but it can still be warm.

We had a wonderful stay. The access to the hotel pool and restaurants were a definite plus. The place was clean and updated nicely. Great place to stay when visiting Tahiti. You will definitely need a car staying so far from town. The black sand beach right below provides a great ambiance listening to the waves crash.A couple cons that are not under their control is the roosters and mosquitoes on the property. Bug spray is provided, but don’t know how you shut up the roosters at 5am.

Great place at a great location

The location is perfect! Overlooking the pool, on the black sand beach...paradise! The condo is perfectly clean and ready when you arrive. Jacques, the VRBO owner, is a wonderful host with lots of great ideas of what not to miss nearby. Use his wealth of local knowledge to find out where to eat, what to see, where to swim, and more! This is our second stay here, and we'll be back!

The condo had a breathtaking ocean view that we never got tired of waking up to each morning. It was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.The property is located within a fantastic resort that offers a beautiful pool and excellent amenities, making it easy to enjoy both the resort experience and the island itself.What truly made our stay exceptional was Jacques. From the moment we arrived, his hospitality was outstanding. He went out of his way to personally pick us up from the airport and took the time to thoroughly explain everything about the property and the surrounding area. His communication before, during, and after our stay was prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful.We couldn't have asked for a better introduction to Tahiti. Historic and Convenient Stay

A Capt. Cook fan we enjoyed staying at - and swimming in - historic Matavai Bay. Relaxing, well kept, extraordinary appointments and great access to the hotel pool and restaurant. Jacque is an incredible host, helpful and knowledgable. Only one concern about this location - neighborhood dogs barking through day (but not night) and some street noise… Would definitely stay here again!
