The property is on water front with backyard deck facing the northern open water body. It would be a good location for northern light watching. The host is very helpful and professional. We are very happy and enjoyed the staying.

Weather did not cooperate, very windy and cold the 1st couple of days of our trip but the hot tub and the fireplace helped make it so much more comfy. Would certainly love to go back.

cozy lakefront stay!

We had such a great time at this property for Memorial Day Weekend. The cabin was very spacious, clean, and just feet away from the water. There is also a fireplace, which was great to light up every night!

We had the best few days staying here! The location right on the water was beautiful. The communication with the host was very timely and informative. The cottage was as described and had anything you could think of/need!

This chalet was the perfect base for our Door County weekend. It’s beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with stunning views over the lake. We loved starting our mornings with coffee by the fire as the sun came up, and ending the day with a relaxing soak in the hot tub. The location was ideal—close enough to explore the peninsula, yet perfectly peaceful for an up-north retreat. Highly recommend—10/10!

The Chalet was an amazing place to stay. The hot tub was great to have after a day in blacksmith class. Had all the amenities you could want and the fire pit near the beach provided amazing views.

Great cabin

The house was great and hot tub was awesome! The oven wasn’t working but we were made aware of it and had great communication with the owner. It was clean and we had a great stay!

Respite by the bay

This is a cozy home that is in a quiet part of Door County right on the bay. We enjoyed the jacuzzi very much.

A lovely getaway on the water!

My spouse and I really enjoyed staying at the Chalet! The location was amazing, and being right by the water was delightful. We'll have to come back when the dock is in, and when we can kayak. Jen was a responsive and thoughtful host, and we greatly appreciate her hospitality.

Peaceful Getaway

My family enjoyed staying in the chalet on our first time in Door County. We could tell this property is well-loved by the owners. The location was peaceful and quiet, while convenient to everything in Door County. We hope to return again someday!

Amazing Ellison Bay Getaway

Kicking off the summer in the best way with this vacation! The house is so well stocked and comfortable. The host, Jen was great to work with! Hot tub and kayaks are a major bonus! Fire pit and deck for relaxing were great. Highly recommended and we hope to return again.
