★ MAIN HOUSE ★

Bright interiors, natural light, and curated, playful décor create a relaxing retreat for every guest. Each room reflects the touch of the Luxe Magazine featured interior designer who worked on the home, blending Door Country charm with modernity.

BEDROOMS
The home’s four thoughtfully designed bedrooms all feature cozy beds and comfortable seating areas.

The main-level Master Bedroom features a king bed with access to a shared full bath (shower + tub) on the main floor, and includes a pullout sofa in the seating area. The upstairs Master Bedroom also has a king bed, with a private ensuite full bath that includes a shower and jetted Kohler tub. Across from the upstairs Master Bedroom, tThere are two upstairs guest bedrooms, one features a king bed. The other guest bedroom has two queens – making it perfect for kids or guests who want to share a room and be entertained by the television and built-in reading bench. TheBoth upstairs guest bedrooms share access to a large walk-in shower with double shower heads. We also provide a Graco pack and play crib.

LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN
The open-concept main level brings everyone together in one warm, welcoming space.
The living room features generous seating, velvet accent chairs, a white stone fireplace, and a large smart TV—perfect for cozy nights in. Natural wood beams and expansive windows add classic Door County charm.

The dining table seats eight comfortably for shared meals, celebrations, or gathering for good conversation. Flowing from the dining room, the fully stocked kitchen is equipped with SMEG and smart appliances, baking supplies, cocktail accessories, stainless steel Cuisinart cookware and everything needed for anything from quick breakfasts to full group dinners. The seamless layout keeps conversation flowing from kitchen to table to sofa.

HOT TUB, SAUNA AND FIRE TABLE
Step onto your private deck and into a spa-like outdoor retreat surrounded by mature trees.

Soak in the 5-person hot tub, reset in the barrel sauna, or gather around the fire table under the pergola and stars. In the summer, splash in the summer cowboy pool with pool noodles. Beautiful in every season, this space was designed for relaxation and connection.

RECREATION NOTES
The cowboy pool is open seasonally during summer months. (Please note: The cowboy pool is currently closed and we will update the listing description with the open status as soon as it is open and available). For every season, we keep fat tire bikes you can ride around the neighborhood.

The media and game room is a dedicated entertainment space for all ages, with its own air conditioner and heating to keep it comfortable year round

Enjoy foosball, skeeball, classic arcade games, board games, a poker table and more — there’s something for everyone whether you're competing to win or playing for laughs. If you’re feeling glitzy, glow up the room with neon mood lighting. Or grab some popcorn and settle on the sectional sofa in front of the 75-inch TV for a comfy movie night.

★ POLICIES & HOUSE RULES★

PETS
We warmly welcome up to 2 pets to join your stay! There is a $75 fee per pet. If you're bringing more than one, please let us know in advance. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, pets must potty in the designated area next to the garage and please bring bags to clean up after them. No pets in beds or on the furniture. Also, please follow Ellison Bay’s pet rules (such as pets on leash, no pets on beach).

PARKING
Enjoy convenient on-site parking with a spacious 3-car garage, providing ample room for multiple vehicles, storage, and easy access year-round. Please do not park on the street or grass. No more than 1 car may be parked in the driveway at a time. We cannot accommodate RVs, boats, campers, or tents on the property.

SECURITY FEATURES
To ensure the safety and peace of mind of our guests, we have several security features in place, including multiple entry locks, an alarm system, and an exterior driveway security camera. These measures are designed to provide a worry-free stay.

NEIGHBORHOOD
Our home is in a residential neighborhood and we host up to 8 guests. Please respect the neighbors as if you lived here. No events or loud gatherings. Quiet hours are 10PM to 10AM. Please stick to our property and avoid wandering onto the neighbors' yards.

HOUSE RULES
You must follow your booking platform’s rules for guests and our house rules, several of these come from Ellison Bay and keep our license in good standing.

Booking requires the execution of an additional external rental agreement.

Guests acknowledge the presence of a hot tub, sauna and cowboy swimming pool (available during summer). Guests agree to follow the safety standards in these House Rules and as posted. Guests assume liability for injuries resulting from their failure to adhere to the House Rules and posted safety standards. Ensure the hot tub, cowboy pool and fire features are covered after use and that all use is age and health appropriate.

For everyone’s safety and comfort, smoking, candles, fireworks, firearms, and open flames are not permitted.

Do not flush any sanitary products, paper towels, diapers, or any refuse other than toilet paper.

Guests assume all personal risk associated with sauna, hot tub, cowboy pool and house use and agree to indemnify and hold the host harmless from any claims arising from failure to follow posted safety standards, guest negligence or intoxication.

SUPERVISION
We are parents ourselves and we supply you with things like a crib, high chair and baby gates, but you must follow manufacturer safety instructions and supervise your children, including their access to the deck, water equipment, proximity to fire pits or grill and exploration outside.

SECURE PAYMENT & GUEST VERIFICATION
We’re committed to providing a smooth, secure, and trusted experience for all of our guests. To help ensure that, we require a quick verification process after booking. This includes signing an additional rental agreement and uploading a valid photo ID through our secure guest portal.

If the person booking is not the cardholder, we may also request a brief credit card authorization form and a selfie for confirmation. These simple steps help protect your reservation, prevent fraud, and ensure your funds are safe.

We do this to create a safe, respectful environment - for you and for all future guests. It’s a straightforward process, and it helps us continue hosting the kind of great people this home was designed for.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy in place. If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of the total booking amount. If you cancel more than 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. However, we will do our best to accommodate any change requests, subject to availability and applicable fees.

CLEANING FEE
Our cleaning fee is designed to ensure transparency and support our dedicated cleaning team, who are compensated with living wages to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service throughout your stay. This fee also includes a unique damage protection policy, providing peace of mind during your visit. It’s not a profit-driven charge, but one that helps maintain the quality of your experience. Guests often praise our attention to cleanliness, and we’re committed to making sure every detail of your stay is perfect. We're always available to promptly address any concerns, ensuring you can relax and enjoy your time in our home.
