Everything we needed

We were in town for a music festival and the property was a perfect location from where it was being held. The kitchenette made it really easy to prepare meals instead of ordering delivery. There was also plenty of room to spread out. Genorice was very hospitable and really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

Little River stay

he host was EXCELLENT and a pleasure to meet. Her communication with us made us feel at home, even before we got there. Property at Little River was relaxing and pretty. If it had not rained, we would have enjoyed sitting outside in the area provided. Maybe next time!

We stayed at this property twice. Prior to our cruise out of the Port of Miami and upon our return. Our host, Gigi made us feel like w were right at home! She has beautiful gardens and it was lovely to be able to spend time outside, enjoying the weather, in this quiet backyard. Gigi made sure we had everything we needed and was a wonderful host. We will definitely return!! A

Fantastic and affordable stay!

First off, Gigi was an absolutely tremendous host. She's extremely flexible with getting you checked in and gives a full tour of the property. She had many nice amenities that go the extra mile as a host. Bathroom was clean and water pressure was good. Bed was comfortable and wifi was fast. You'll have your own entrance with an individual for code. You'll have everything you need at this place!

Wonderful guest suite

My hubby and I stayed at this guest suite for a day and a half before our cruise. It was so much more than what the pictures/descriptions describe. It was super clean, spacious and very tranquil. The location was very convenient for all of our needs. Gigi is, by far, the best host we have ever had. She is a lovely lady, whose only concern is that her guest's stay is excellent in every way. She goes above and beyond. We can't wait to return.

Wonderful home away from home

Gigi was so sweet and put a lot of thought into all the details at her place. She even invited me to take part in an exercise class she hosts free of charge. Would definitely visit again!

Great Studio Rental

We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights- our first trip to experience Miami and the surrounding areas. This rental was in a central location with 5-10 minute freeway access. The host was great, very helpful, and provided basic toiletries. We will definitely rent here again should we make a similar trip for another Miami vacation.

GiGi was very accommodating when we kept pushing back our arrival time until just after midnight! The place was super clean and comfortable. We only spent a few hours there overnight sleeping so we did not interact with the neighborhood at all.

The pictures only provide half-justice. It is amazingly clean, smells fresh! Very nice host, and surprisingly quiet. The bed is comfortable for anyone with back issues. We will be looking for this same property again shortly!

Very clean, comfortable and quiet. The owner went out of her way to make sure I had anything I needed and was very accommodating. She even supplied some small snacks and toiletries. Nice large room with a full size refrigerator. Very comfortable bed and room. Nice clean bathroom with a good shower. Very much enjoyed my stay.

Amazing host who goes extra mile!

Our cottage was impeccably clean, comfortable and beautiful! A lovely patio with tropical plants. Our host was personable and friendly and concerned with our comfort and convenience! We will be back for sure!

I like all the amenities: full sized fridge, microwave, wifi, decent sized bathroom, air conditioning. The host is available to make sure your stay comfortable. I would come back and recommend to others without reservation.
