THE SPACE
1 bedroom apartment with 1 Queen-size bed in a loft accessible through indoor stairs. Full kitchen includes cookware, dinnerware and cutlery, basic condiments, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender and rice-cooker. Full bathroom with walk-in shower and toiletries provided.
We include backyard and outdoor sitting area, plus free parking on site. High-Speed Internet, Smart TV and a dedicated workspace also available.
THE AREA:
Friendly and safe urban neighborhood of mostly Latinx heritage families. Our property is near schools, markets (CVS, Publix, Wal-Mart), food stores and gas stations. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment nearby, and a quick drive from South Beach and Ocean Drive for the full Miami experience.
