Luxury Newly Remodeled 3 Bedroom Duplex Unit

Gorgeous high-end newly remodeled duplex. Come enjoy this spacious three-bedroom duplex unit that has been completely renovated from top to bottom. Everything is new and the home is set up with everything you could need, a garage, backyard, fireplace, large peninsula dining area and beautiful decor in every room. The newly opened Paine Field Airport is only 10 minutes away! This duplex unit is a completely private space that has just finished being completely renovated. The downstairs has a large peninsula seating for dining and a beautiful open space to the living room. USB ports on the peninsula and a blue tooth LED speaker in both bathrooms give this a feel like no other. Complete with a 50 inch TV with YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Hulu. There is a fireplace, private back yard, garage, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. The bedrooms are all freshly renovated with all new bedding. There is a king and two queen beds making for extremely comfortable sleeping in each room.

The heat was off when we arrived and so we had a very cold forst few hours there while the house warmed up but other than that it was perfectly fine.

This place was so clean, like actually spotless, which was the first thing we noticed and loved.We were really happy with how it was stocked Especially the kitchen—we had just about everything we needed to cook, which made our stay super easy. We didn't have to stress about buying little things or finding the right gear.Definitely recommend staying here!

Golf Trip near Everett Country Club

Location worked out great for us....we spent most of the time at the golf course. Convenient for our local friends to swing by and pick us up and drop us off. Comfortable beds.

Sleep Well

Most importantly when traveling for me is Comfort and safety for sleep. This hit 10 stars ! Delightful mattress and yummy organic cotton linens. We rested well! Really appreciate the fact it was pretty centrally located to runs things to do in the area, 35 minutes to Pikes Place and 15 minutes to Angel of the Winds arena

Family Visit to Mukelteo

The property was well maintained and updated inside. Kitchen was modern and well stocked. I cooked several meals in the kitchen. Owner was very responsive. The property was close to shopping, Whidbey ferry and downtown Mukelteo. My family and I had a great visit!

Stay here!

The property manager was very responsive. I accidentally left my AirPods at the residence after we checked out and he mailed them to me that day. The residency is beautifully remodeled and felt like home. If I come back to Everett, I will be sure to reserve this place again.

Clean and convenient

The property was clean and convenient for our family gathering. The neighborhood was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The internet did not work when we were there (however we were so busy we did not contact the property manager about this issue). There is only 1 shower so being that the property sleeps 8 people, its alot of people to cycle through 1 shower! The kitchen was well appointed and lovely to have a large grill outside. The only other issue was that the cleaning people were not done at check in and needed an extra 30 minutes. We were able to pivot however would have been nice to check in as scheduled. Otherwise a good experience!

Renovated & lovely home for Everett

I was honestly hoping to stay in Mukilteo, but there were no properties available. This townhouse/duplex was an easy drive into Mukilteo though. The rental may not look like much from the outside, but it was wonderful inside. Everything is clean and up to date. I loved the key in system at the front door for ease of getting in and out. Todd gave us the code early so we were able to check in without any issues. Parking in the driveway really helped because the cul-de-sac is pretty full of cars. Loved that there are fans in each room and plenty of spare towels, blankets, etc. I would definitely go back with my girls.

Nice and clean, owner a bit too interactive

The place was nice on the inside, not as much on the exterior. I wouldn’t call it luxury due to the neighborhood, the condition on the outside, and the owner’s friend working on his car in the driveway. The yard was unkept and there was garbage on the ground. The very moment we arrived, Todd wanted to come inside so he could get his car out of the garage. It’s not my favorite thing to have the owners coming in unless absolutely necessary. There was a railing that was very unsafe that Todd had his “handyman” come in to fix. There was no notification, we told him we were leaving, he asked if he could come in anyway, while we were gone which of course we said no, so we had to wait. I didn’t enjoy that either and our activity was delayed. It has the potential to be a very nice place but I would recommend less interaction with the owner and his mechanic.

Maybe not "luxury" but comfortable!

Let me begin by saying Todd was a good host and helpful with any questions that I may have had. The interior of the house was very clean, had plenty of towels, and a good variety of small appliances. For future travelers considering this property, I believe there are a few issues that you should be aware of: *Under "essential amenities" it states heating is provided. This unit does have heating, but DOES NOT have air conditioning. I take responsibility for assuming that it would. *All three bedrooms are located upstairs. I have had a knee replacement so I avoid steps when possible. *The listing states TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu; make note that you must already have a subscription for those services and will have to sign in to use them (they are not provided). *The listing states there is a "deck/patio." There is a fenced in back yard with a grill; no deck or patio, just two steps leading into the back yard. *The listing states there is parking on one side of the driveway with plenty of street parking for extra vehicles. There is enough parking space for one car in the driveway and if you're lucky you can park on the street. There was constant traffic in the cul-de-sac and we were never able to find street parking (we had 2 cars). When we contacted Todd on this issue, he did help us figure out an option for parking. In closing, we were more comfortable than a hotel!

Just 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes to downtown Everette, this space is conveniently located for those visiting the northern side of Seattle. There are several great restaurants and bars within minutes of the unit. If you'd like to visit Seattle or Bellevue you're only a short 30 minute drive to either of those places.
