Vintage charm meets modern amenities in this 1902 Centennial Trail home in downtown Snohomish. Situated on the Centennial Trail and just a short walk from local dining, shops, seasonal farmers market, parks, and more, this home offers both convenience and comfort.

This beautifully renovated 3 bed, 2 bath, home-away-from-home accommodates up to six guests. Inside, you will want to cozy up to the gas fireplace with a cup of coffee, tea, or cocoa, or cook a gourmet meal in the fully-equipped kitchen. Find a relaxing retreat in the spacious primary suite, tucked away on the main floor, with a king bed and full bath. If a little work is on the agenda, you will be comfortable working from home in a private, modern home office with wifi. For larger groups, the home office easily converts to sleeping space for your 5th and 6th guest, with two twin size trundle style beds.

What we love most about this house is the amazing location! Centennial trail is just steps from the front door and provides 30 miles of paved trail perfect for a bike ride, a run, or a leisurely walk. Directly across the street you will find a park for your family to enjoy. Being in the heart of downtown Snohomish means that you will be a short walk from restaurants, bars and breweries, and all of the charming antique and specialty shops that this historic downtown is known for. You will also be close to other unique Snohomish attractions, such as hot air balloon rides, Snohomish Aquatic Center, and the seasonal farmer's market.

This is a clean, comfortable, fully stocked home, with a very straightforward check-in and check-out process. Great communication from the host, who responded to questions within minutes. Access to the Centennial Trail was definitely a plus. Highly recommended!

This was one of the best VRBO’s that we’ve rented. Very nice spacious house, all the necessities, and many other things that travelers often forget. The location was great within walking distance of downtown and near the trails. I would definitely stay here again!

A great experience. The property was immaculate with all new appliances and plumbing fixtures. Thoughtful items such as coffee/creamer, microwave popcorn, butter in the fridge were appreciated. Loved the location right on the Snohomish walking trail. Convenient to local eateries and bars, also walkable to downtown Snohomish shopping and dining. One thing to know in case it matters to you is that the smaller two bedrooms are upstairs but bathrooms are only downstairs.

Jen is very quick to respond to messages. The home was the cleanest rental I’ve been in. Location was super, however the did hold a half marathon the Sunday we were there and that set up began about 5:00 AM. Just something to be aware of. A fun place to stay in Snohomish. It was our first visit.

Perfect place for the family

We stayed a few nights for our son's graduation and were able to fit the family comfortably for a few nights, for competitive board games and nice walks around the neighborhood.

Very comfortable and we slept very well in excellent beds! We enjoyed walking along the river, checking out the shops. Recommend Roger’s Restaurant!

This property is exceptionally clean, very well laid out, and the host has provided everything you could possibly need (if not, there’s a CVS within walking distance). Communication is great, we didn’t have any issues, we were able to park two cars (suv and sedan) comfortably. The upstairs rooms were large and comfortable, as were the beds, the third bedroom has a trundle bed which worked perfectly. We would stay here again in a heartbeat if we are up this away again.
