UNDER CONTRUCTION 3/26/26. This is not part of the listing, total misrepresentation --- this facility is under construction, the tiki bar is not open, there is no restaurant open, during march 2026 they are having a soft opening...just beware they only have continental breakfast. there is construction all of the property. there are no TV channels unless you login into your netflix, youTube, etc. My suggestion is to call the facility direct for accurate property status. the outdoor river view is nice, we saw dolphin, manetee, fish. pool is very dirty when windy construction debre flies in.

Nice place but…..

Pluses: great location, clean, friendly staff, nice pool, great tiki bar and restaurant. Convenient onsite activities. Minuses: buildings are old and not in great repair. No AC for several days and maintenance crew was disinterested in fixing it. Manager would never return repeated calls. Elevator broken the entire week we were there.

Wonderful setting, but needs updating

First of all, nothing in your add told us that this was in Plantation, which makes it difficult to find since you cant see it from the road. Google maps puts it in another location. There was no where to say that you needed ground floor, since there is no elevator, and we were ave age 70. The beauty and location is the redeeming value.

Spring Break

The property is pretty! Staff was very nice & helpful. The area has been hit by a few storms & there was clean-up/remodeling going on all over the area. The rooms do not have microwaves in them, but the staff helped us with that situation. :) Rooms are not as clean as I would have liked, but they are big! It's nice that the toilet is separate from sink & vanity area. Hot water & water pressure was outstanding!! I enjoyed a long hot shower! Doors from the room to the outside was awesome! Pool & hot tub area is beautiful!
