Duplex With Terrasse and vue on the Eiffel Tower

Our duplex is situated 50 meters from the famous rue Montorgueil, and have a beautiful terrasse on the roof with a view overlooking Paris and the Eiffel tower.
You are totaly in the center of Paris just near the main monuments.
In the area you will find a lot of bakeries, cheese and vegetables shops, it's pedestrian so you will have the impression to be in a village in the heart of Paris.
Because the apartment is in a courtyard you don't hear any noise from the street, and in the morning you can hear the birds singing in the trees.
Sometimes Paris can be very warm in the summer, so we have installed air conditions in every room in the apartment.
The duplex has been totally remade in july 2022 with inspiration from Paris and Copenhagen by the architect who have restaured the Ritz hotel in Paris.

We are a French/Danish couple, Arthur is born at 300 meters of our flat, he is a real Parisian. We travel a lot, but our base is in Paris. We were searching for several years for an apartment in this area, which was quiet, located on the last floor, with a terrasse and a view on Paris and the sky. You can imagine that it was extremely difficult to find....
We have tried to remake it with a high quality standard, very fonctionnal with good quality tools. Especially for the kitchen because we love to cook and receive our friends (and our friends love to come in our flat ;-) )

The area is for us the best in Paris and you can find lots of different types of restaurants and bars; from the little local traditional kitchen to Michelin. There is allways a good ambiance in the neighborhood from early morning when you take your coffee on a terrasse till late for a last drink in one of the great bars around.
You will also find really good products around such as cheese, vegetables, wine, meat. Arthur know the shops since he is born so he can give you good advice, don't hesitate to ask.
The neighborhood is only for pedestrians which means it’s safe to walk around with kids.
There is also a lot of facilities for making sport around like a swimming pool and a couple of gym clubs.
