SITUATION géographique de l'appartement: centre de Paris, au coeur du quartier Sentier/ Les Halles/Montorgueil, et à coté des Grands Boulevards (de l'autre coté).Vous pouvez aller à pied - à 15 minutes : au Louvre, à l'Opéra, au Palais-Royal,à Beaubourg- à 20 /25 mn :à Chatelet,aux Quais de seine, aux Tuileries,à l'Hotel de Ville, aux" grands magasins et Galeries Lafayettes,Printemps",à la Madeleine.

We had a fantastic stay in Paris! The location of the apartment is amazing and the amenities made for a very comfortable stay (despite the fact that we caught the tail end of the historic heat wave!). Justine is a great host and communication was very easy and pleasant.

A lovely apartment in an ideal location!! Justine is a perfect host. The communication was clear and easy to navigate. The apartment was clean, well-stocked, and spacious with plenty of amenities. There are many, many shops and restaurants within a five minute walk and the Metro is nearby for longer excursions. If you're considering booking this place, just do it. You definitely won't be sorry!!

Amazing Paris stay in April 2026. As a family of 4 we had enough bedrooms to allow two teenagers their own space but came together in the lounge. Well located just 15 mins from Gard Du Nord by taxi, close to multiple tube stations and walkable to Louvre, Notre Dame etc. plenty of nearby shops for baguettes etc. Fantastic weather allowed us to use the roof terrace in the afternoon after a long day walking. Thanks to Justine for excellent communication.

A very charming apartment. Lots of room for our family of four. It was very quiet and restful after a day of sightseeing. Great location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Felt very safe in the neighborhood. Metro station very close by so easy access to the main tourist attractions.

The apartment is in a great location. The rooftop deck was nice, and we could see the Eiffel tower from the one room. Justine was quick to respond to questions, and met us at the apartment to show us everything and give us the keys. But--I have mobility issues and the ad did not mention the ten flights of stairs. When I arrived to meet Justine, she offered me a chair as I imagine I looked frightful. I revisited the ad, and had to go back two years to find comments about the stairs. Which made me ask--is VRBO selectively removing comments? I can't believe that people would not mention the number of stairs. I ended up having to stay out all day, meaning my family would go to the apartment to rest, and I would sit in the park or at a cafe so I wouldn't have to do the stairs more than once a day. It certainly put a cramp in our vacation, and left me out of family time. Secondly, the ad says 'four bedrooms'--but in reality there are three in the home. The other is accessible only by going outside, across the deck, through a tiny door (about 1/3 the size of a normal door) and into an attic space. This is not a 'bedroom' but an additional external dwelling. Lastly, the ad listed air conditioning. There were portable A/C units, but not enough for all the rooms. So we had to decide where to use them, and could not all spend time together in the main room, as there was no A/C left to use there (we opted to put them in the bedrooms since it was over 90 each day).

We absolutely loved our stay is Paris & highly recommend this apartment! Justine was a wonderful host, highly attentive & responsive, went above & beyond to help us check in & make sure the apartment was perfect for us. Perfect spot to explore Paris

We spent 3 nights here and it was exactly what we were looking for. The apartment accommodated 5 of us and was a great base for exploring but also a great base to hang out at at the end of the night The stairs were no trouble at all for us and worth the “workout” because the neighborhood was active and vibrant. I would stay here again and will recommend for anyone who wants to come to Paris and experience a great neighborhood

This apartment is in a great area with easy access to the métra. There is so much to do that is easily walkable. The view was amazing and the balcony is gorgeous. The stairs are a bit steep but very doable and Justine will recommend a guy to carry luggage up and down if you need it. I would go back here if I ever return to Paris.

This lovely apartment met all of our needs, with plenty of space for the 4 of us to spread out. We especially enjoyed our host's decor - lots of beautiful greenery, and so many charming details. We spend a lot of time on the terrace, looking out over the rooftops to the Eiffel Tower. Yes, there are plenty of stairs to climb and we would highly recommend that you take the option of having a porter bring your luggage up, but for us it was worth it to have such a great space for our stay. We'd come back in a heartbeat.

Loved it!

We were a family group of 6 adults and this was perfect for us! So eclectic and comfortable with a view of the Eiffel Tower! We truly enjoyed our time there. Just a warning the stairs were no joke! Janine had a man come and haul our luggage up for us for a small price. Close to eating, shopping and subway, this was a great place for us and if we ever go back to Paris we would love to stay there again!

Fantastic Parisian experience!

What a quirky and interesting place to stay! Lots of stairs - very doable, but definitely not something you want to do multiple times a day! The 4th bedroom is definitely more of a nook and suited our needs, but if you're taller than 5'2, you might be uncomfortable. The balcony was such a bonus and well used, even with the rainy weather during our stay. Justine was fantastic to communicating with; and the location cannot be beat!

Friends trip

Justine was great to communicate with and was very tentative to our needs. Everything was laid out in a book that she provided for ease of use of anything within the apartment. The steps were a bit much as there are 119 steps up there is someone available to take your luggage for a small fee. One bedroom and bathroom is detached from the apartment so just be aware of that.

We Loved It

Justine's apartment is absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and located within walking distance of some of the major sites such as the Louvre, the Touleries Gardens, and lots of great restaurants and shops. The patio pictured in the VRBO posting has a great view of the Eiffel Tower. It was fun to sit out in the fresh air in the evening and watch the Eiffel Tower light up with its flashing lights. Justine herself is very sweet and accommodating, and I would definitely recommend her apartment. I just wish we'd had more time to stay there on this trip.

Great location

Our family of four enjoyed our stay. Great place and stairs gave us exercise! That said, ceilings were a bit low for my tall husband and you only get the two as-advertised bathrooms if you get access to the rooftop bed/bath. If you expect two bathrooms, make sure you ask Justine for access. Plus, we’re very experienced HomeAway, Airbnb customers and world travellers (including annual trips to Paris) and we loved the location but found this place a tad expensive for the amenities (plus sheets/towels were even a $50 extra charge). That said, great place!

Lovely Paris Flat

Reasonably comfy for 6 adults. The 2 upstairs ‘bedrooms’ are tight with mattresses on floor. Location was very good with nearby access to Metro. Rooftop garden w/ Eiffel Tower view is a nice feature. You will get your exercise, as it is at the top of 7 flights of stairs (no lift). Kitchen was well appointed. Owner has many books & knick knacks (bibelots) adorning the many shelves through the unit, which does give it a little of a cluttered feel & breakage was a concern, but would definitely consider a return stay in the future - thank you!

Depuis ORLY :
prendre ORLYVAL jusqu'à "Anthony " 6minutes Dir Charles de gaule étoile . Puis, à Anthony (première station) prendre le RER jusqu'à "les halles"( même direction ch . De Gaulle étoile)
(prix depuis ch de G AirPort jusqu'aux halles:15 euros environ )
Puis des Halles, prendre ligne 4(direction porte de Clignancourt) pour sortir à "Strasbourg-St -Denis". Puis marcher jusqu'à la Rue de la Lune, juste à coté du cinéma "le grand rex".
(le Métro "Bonne Nouvelle est plus près,juste en bas de la maison , mais il faut changer une 2eme fois à "Strasbourg-St -Denis"et prendre direction 8:Balard, ou 9:Pont de sèvre pour sortir station "Bonne Nouvelle".)

- Vous pouvez prendre un taxi
-Ou prendre le RER jusqu'à "Chatelet-Les Halles".Puis ligne 4(direction porte de Clignancourt) pour sortir à "Strasbourg-St -Denis". Puis marcher jusqu'à la Rue de la Lune, juste à coté du cinéma "le grand rex".

Je suggere Alpha Taxis (+33145858585), car ils parlent français et anglais et peuvent porter les bagages gratuitement ( le leur demander à la commande au telephone)
