Cozy 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo in a gated community with a balcony which has a view of the pool/hot tub area. Sleeps 4, fully furnished includes dishwasher, electric fireplace and free WIFI, located steps away from the recreation facility which has a gym as well as 2 pool tables for your convenience. There is on site laundry facilities in the complex and community BBQ’s along the pathways (one located in front of the unit). Walking distance to Starbucks, a Mexican Restaurant, burgers, Vietnamese food and Subway, close to Downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale and Glendale, 5 min drive to I 17, I 10 and the 101 freeway and 20 mins from the Sky Harbor Airport.

Cozy and comfortable

This is a lovely condo with comfortable furnishings and beautiful decor. The owner and property manager are friendly and hospitable and took great care of my needs during my stay. I will definitely recommend to friends and hope to stay here again!

Cozy well stocked condo with a great pool and hot tube

Wonderful cozy condo. Stocked with everything you could ever want and need! The pool and hot tub were wonderful and no one was every there! The condo is super quite. The bed was super comfortable. Easy to get to great Scottsdale spots and Starbucks is walking distance!

Love the Location, Owner Support, Comfort & Price

This was the second time my wife and I have stayed at the Sungate Condos; a different unit this time, but just as nice and comfortable as our first stay. Centrally located (close to I-17, between 17 & 51), and a block from Thunderbird Ave, which runs through the middle of Phoenix. Easy access to restaurants and all sorts of shopping. Close to the grandkids and places to take them for a bit of entertainment. Couldn't ask for a more available and helpful owner-host. We'll be back!

When we arrived the condo was very clean, easy to get to. The owners messaged us throughout the stay to make sure everything was going well. The condo complex was well maintained. The biggest bummer for us was in the description for the condo said there was a heated pool, but the outdoor pool wasn’t heated when we were there, so it was definitely too cold for us at the end of February, but the hot tub was perfect!

The condo was very clean, the check in process smooth and I had the pool to myself the whole time! I didn’t see very many people in the complex but those I did run into were very friendly.

Amazing Stay - Highly Recommend!! 5/5

Great condo! We were very pleased and will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Phoenix! Great communication with the owners - all information provided beforehand for checking in! A covered parking space was provided in gated parking lot and is only a short walk to the front door of the condo! Can’t say enough good things about this place - clean, comfortable, affordable, safe, convenient location! Family friendly, we saw maybe 3 or 4 other people at the condo during our week stay and everyone was very nice! Best part of the trip - We had the hot tub to ourselves every night! Thanks again to the owners!!
