Une des plus grandes unités à Point Tapatio. Fabuleux à deux niveaux, 1 337 carrés condo pied avec piscine vues fantastiques. L'unité comprend 2 BR, 2 BA, Loft, et un pied 20 plafond voûté dans le salon. Ce condo occupe les deux étages supérieurs d'un complexe de 3 étages, et est trÚs calme. Comprend 3 patios avec vue sur la piscine, bain à remous et les montagnes en arriÚre-plan. Tout est gardé intact et trÚs propre.

L'unitĂ© a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© avec comptoir de granite, nouvelle literie, linge de maison, accessoires pour la cuisine et de nouveaux meubles. L'unitĂ© peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'Ă  6 avec un roi de Californie dans la chambre principale, un lit queen dans la deuxiĂšme chambre, et un lit gigogne dans le 2Ăšme loft niveau qui peut ĂȘtre converti en deux lits jumeaux.

La Pointe Resort est une communautĂ© fermĂ©e station situĂ©e au nord de Phoenix Ă  environ 10 miles au NE de centre-ville de Phoenix Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. Le complexe dispose de 3 piscines, 3 spas, et des courts de tennis et de basket. A proximitĂ© se trouve la Montagne du Nord Preserve oĂč il ya des nombreux sentiers de randonnĂ©e et pistes cyclables. Dix terrains de golf sont dans un rayon de 7 mile. L'emplacement centralisĂ© dans la zone nord de Phoenix offre une base pratique pour toute la vallĂ©e a Ă  offrir. Tracy was VERY cooperative and helped smooth out a minor rough spot easily and kindly. Accommodations were perfect for our group, nicely located and we loved the pickle ball court. Also 
 the North Mountain hike was amazing! Really enjoyed our stay and it is close to our family so we may be back!!

First, the host and their communications were top shelf. Clear, concise check in/out instructions left nothing to question. The property and grounds are clean and well kept. The condo has a nice floorplan and has all of the needed amenities. Plenty of linens and having large pool towels for us was a nice touch. The pool and hot tub were a welcome respite after some great days on the local golf courses. We would recommend this property and this host 100%

We had a wonderful stay at this Phoenix condo! The unit was very clean, comfortable, and felt just like home. There was plenty of space and the furniture was both stylish and cozy. The kitchen was absolutely amazing—well-equipped and a joy to use.One highlight of our trip was how kind and accommodating the staff were. We accidentally left something behind, and the cleaning lady went out of her way to mail it back to us, which we truly appreciated.The property itself offered great amenities—the swimming pool and hot tub were a big plus after long days out. The location was also excellent, close to restaurants, grocery stores, and other conveniences.Overall, this condo provided everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Wonderful place to spend our first time to Phoenix ! Initially we did have trouble finding the building and parking space (found ourselves confused as it can be hard to see the building numbers) however we phoned the number provided and Dion was outstanding at meeting us where we were and brought us to the unit! What a delightful welcome! The condo had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of towels, linens and even toiletries/laundry detergent! Highly recommend this listing and will definitely consider future stays.

Fabulous Phoenix Stay!

My friend/coworker and I traveled to Phoenix for our annual educational conference and stayed in this beautiful 2- story condo. The condo was comfortable (despite the 110 degree outside temperatures), well-furnished, clean, & in an ideal location for us to travel back & forth to the convention center. It was conveniently located near restaurants & groceries. We loved the pool, too! Our host was very responsive to our questions and provided a quick resolution to our needs. Perfect location and very comfortable stay!

My husband and I love this complex because it's so convenient in its location to North Mountain for hiking and restaurants, as well as the tennis court/pickleball court on site. This VRBO was equipped with everything we could possible need! The beds were very comfortable, towels were very plush and the condo was beautiful and clean. In just a few steps was a wonderful pool and hot tub for our use. We wished we had more time to stay! We will definitely want to stay here again for our next trip to Phoenix, AZ.

Great stay!

We had a fun vacation! The place was clean and the pool was great. There were lots of things provided that we were able to use, like tennis rackets and a pool float. There was a mixup at check-in but it was resolved quickly. The neighborhood is probably the only real con but because it’s in a gated community, it wasn’t a big problem.

Centrally Located and perfect

This condo is centrally located to enjoy the entire Phoenix area. 5 mins from the 51 Hwy get you anywhere you need to go. Close to wonderful local restaurants, Close to beautiful hiking trails, we took advantage the proximity to North Mountrain. The Condo was perfect size for our requirements. It was Clean and well equipped. TV's in evry room. Steps from the pool area. All in all fantastic. Lastly Tracy our host was accomindating and communicative through our entire stay.

The unit was well kept and newly remodeled. It was in a perfect location for our activities. The pool is right in front of the unit and and never busy. The host answered the few questions we had very promptly. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to visit our son and his family.

Nice Condo

The air conditioner did a decent job of keeping condo cool to 74 degrees. Very quiet location with designated parking place. The condo was over 90 degrees when we arrived and took all night to cool the place down. There is one restaurant “Scramble” which was about a mile away otherwise everything else was 10-15” drive. Little Miss BBQ great place to eat! Hot tub was not operating and pool at times looked like it needed to be cleaned. Clean BBQ at poolside which was very nice to grill on. We only used half of the condo on the first level but there is a king size bed/bathroom and daybed on second level. Numerous stairs to get to the condo and impossible to find without the help of the kind local contact person. She was very helpful in showing us where the condo was and gave us a brief orientation to the place. The laminate floor needs to be cleaned but other than that it appears to be taken care of.
