Le plus grand entièrement rénové 2 ch. plus mezzanine, 2 salles de bain, piscine, Gated, Tennis

Une des plus grandes unités à Point Tapatio. Fabuleux à deux niveaux, 1 337 carrés condo pied avec piscine vues fantastiques. L'unité comprend 2 BR, 2 BA, Loft, et un pied 20 plafond voûté dans le salon. Ce condo occupe les deux étages supérieurs d'un complexe de 3 étages, et est très calme. Comprend 3 patios avec vue sur la piscine, bain à remous et les montagnes en arrière-plan. Tout est gardé intact et très propre.

L'unité a été entièrement rénové avec comptoir de granite, nouvelle literie, linge de maison, accessoires pour la cuisine et de nouveaux meubles. L'unité peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 6 avec un roi de Californie dans la chambre principale, un lit queen dans la deuxième chambre, et un lit gigogne dans le 2ème loft niveau qui peut être converti en deux lits jumeaux.

La Pointe Resort est une communauté fermée station située au nord de Phoenix à environ 10 miles au NE de centre-ville de Phoenix à côté de la Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. Le complexe dispose de 3 piscines, 3 spas, et des courts de tennis et de basket. A proximité se trouve la Montagne du Nord Preserve où il ya des nombreux sentiers de randonnée et pistes cyclables. Dix terrains de golf sont dans un rayon de 7 mile. L'emplacement centralisé dans la zone nord de Phoenix offre une base pratique pour toute la vallée a à offrir. Very nice super clean unit with lots of space in a beautiful gated community. Clean and fresh bedding and towels which is a stand-out feature that we really appreciate. The three small outdoor balconies are private and comfortable. Tracy is a friendly host. All in all a great stay and looking forward to returning.

Tracy was VERY cooperative and helped smooth out a minor rough spot easily and kindly. Accommodations were perfect for our group, nicely located and we loved the pickle ball court. Also … the North Mountain hike was amazing! Really enjoyed our stay and it is close to our family so we may be back!!

Everything was perfect. We felt very at home here, Tracy went above and beyond to get us checked in early with our young kids. Condo was beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could ever need. We loved the huge ensuite and enjoyed the upper floor. This location was perfect for all the places we explored during our stay. The pool so close was such a nice feature and we were there multiple times a day. We enjoyed the bbqs as well. My ONLY critical review is that with young kids we found the pool often had a senior crowd. Which was fine until they got cranky with our kids for splashing to which we found frusterating. All in all this was an amazing vacation spot for our family of young kids. 10/10 recommend.

This was our first time ever using Vrbo and I have to say we were very pleased with our stay here. The place was very clean, well maintained, fully equipped with high quality accommodations. Our family of 5 slept comfortably here with plenty of room for each of us. The location is minutes away from major grocery stores and a variety of restaurants. The host was communicative and provided detailed instructions prior to our arrival. We were not familiar with the area and were uncertain of how safe the area would be however with this condo inside a gated community and the location of the condo in the complex we felt very safe. The one unexpected thing we encountered that does not reflect on the host or the condo itself is the high rate of homeless people wondering around the area. Not sure if this is common in Phoenix in general or specific to this area but it was surprising to see so many homeless people at all hours on the streets. Overall though I would recommend booking a stay here as for the rate and accommodation, you cant beat it.

Location, location, location! If you want to experience all Phoenix has to offer, this central location provides extremely easy access to the airport, freeways and locations throughout the metropolitan area. We are next to all the major highways and only 15 minutes to the airport. We are also next to North Mountain that has wonderful walking trails and beautiful views of Phoenix.

We are one of the largest units in the complex. Extraordinary location within the complex with deck views of the main pool and hot tub. We also have tennis, basketball and pickleball courts.
