BACKYARD features TWO walk out decks along with an additional gathering space for socializing. Our “one of a kind” dock deck stands out in its size and appearance. Ready to host guests of significant size with plenty of space. You will not find another concrete dock like it on Lake Hamilton! Smaller swimming dock allows for fun summer nights, perfect for jumping off into the Lake.

MASTER SUITE features a breathtaking waterfront view with walk-in closet, remodeled master bathroom and extensive space for unwinding. Brand new King size bed.

GUEST BEDROOM provides ample space with a king size bed and roomy closet.

Fun Getaway

We enjoyed the view and being right in the lake with this property. Its central location is also great for accessing restaurants and shopping in town. We also used the swimming dock as a boat dock and it worked out great!

Cool house in a great location

Very nice house with a lot of history. Outdoor areas were A, as was the master bedroom. A nice plus to be able to use the garage, most don't allow. Great dock for.swimming and hanging out. Very close to everything.

Gorgeous Property & Amazing Views

We loved the fully renovated upstairs while still having some of the vintage aspects of the original house downstairs. This place had all of the amenities you would need and all of the comforts of home.

Amazing Stay!!

The house was perfect! The virws from the house and the dock are amazing, even better then the pictures. The master suite was the nicest we've stayed in. The location of the house was close to many amenities and a short drive to downtown Hot Springs. We look forward to coming back and staying at this house! I would highly recommend it.

Excellent Property! Perfect Location!!

I can't say enough about this property. My wife and my two kids stayed here over fall break. The house is in a perfect location, with million dollar views and close to everything you need. What makes it even better is the owners are very communicative and very responsive if you need anything. Book this property, you won't regret it!!

The Perfect Lakehouse!

This was the perfect lakehouse for our family! Stunning views of the lake, ideal dock for kids to jump off of, beautiful kitchen, and space for everyone! As we drove away, my daughter asked "When can we come back?" It melted my heart! We will definitely be back!

Inaccurate pictures!

The pictures could not do justice to this property! It is beautifully maintained and in a great location. The house is immaculate. I reached out to the owner to let her know we arrived and she responded immediately. We did not need anything dueing our stat, but i am sure if we did, she would have responded immediately. This was a beautiful, relaxing property, good for adults and kids. Again, the pictures posted on line only begin to show how great this property is.

Great Location and Scenery

Morning coffee on the glassed in porch overlooking the lake was a wonderful treat. Perfect location to Oaklawn and restaurants. Two beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms for each upstairs. The downstairs bed and bath are not renovated. Perfect for teenagers but not for adults. We had the best time! Highly recommend for 2 couples or Family with teenagers who like their privacy.

Family reunion

Beautiful home and lake front property. Ideal location. Next time we will try to be in better shape to maneuver the steps to the dock and back to the house! We’re old, what can I say! Julie was a pleasure to work with, definitely will use her again!!
